Our comfortable, newly refurbished Georgian ground floor flat is perfectly located right in the centre of Bath.
Whether you're joining us for a city break or business trip, we've got you covered! The bus and train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. We're just a stones throw away from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Parade Gardens, amazing restaurants, bars and shops.
The flat has plenty of space and everything you need to make your stay like a home-from-home!
The space
This is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and is conveniently located on the ground floor. The rooms have high ceilings and beautiful original features with a modern twist.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN: There is an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and sofa bed which can be used by 2 people.
BEDROOM: The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam topped mattress for your comfort. There is a chair by the window which is perfect for relaxing with a good book.
BATHROOM: Shower room with lit mirror and shaver charging point (under the sink).
CHANGING AREA: A perfect space to put your bags and hang your clothes. With a full length mirror, it is an ideal place to get ready.
We welcome little people and have a high chair and travel cot available at your request.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment and have your own set of keys to come and go as you please.
There is only one step to access the building.

Our Flat was very clean and we had lovely to stay. We were in a wonderful location, walking distance to most everything. The flat will accommodate up to 4 people using the sofa in the living room, but I would say two persons sharing a bed in the bedroom would provide better sleep. We had a flat next to a Main Street that was lively at night. However, the wood blinds provided us with complete privacy, and we loved having the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and were grateful to have arranged such a good find.

A beautiful spacious flat in a very central location. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water nothing to complain about. Our only comment is that a dish draining rack would be useful.

Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and spacious apartment. . Located in the centre of Bath. Train and bus station, only a 5 minutes walk from apartment. M & S grocery and clothing store a 4 minute walk. Bath has fabulous restaurants. Recommend taking a historical boat tour on the Avon River as well as a 2 sight seeing tours of lower and upper Bath.

We stayed at this lovely flat for Easter Weekend. It was me, my husband, my son and his partner. The flat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and because we didn’t need our car over the weekend we parked it in the park and ride just 10 mins away for £3.10 per day. We actually booked an uber in and back which I think was cheaper than the bus! Seb was a brilliant host and answered everything asked very promptly. We would definitely recommend this flat and would definitely book again. Thank you Seb for making our trip hassle free.
