Very enjoyable and relaxed

The building and the inside was lovely, very clean and tidy. Nice and spacious in the living space area, very homely

The inside of the apartment was very luxurious and very high class and smart looking and there is a door in the lounge that is locked so you cant open it anyway but there is a A4 sheet with staff only written on it and stuck in a plastic wallet stuck to the door, which makes such a beautiful room to look a bit tacky

I have stayed in many holiday accommodations over the years and this rates as one of the best.

The flat is beautiful, sparkling clean and very well maintained. There is everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The view from the lounge window was spectacular. The area felt very safe and responses from Renee to our questions were prompt, friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the walk back up the hill after a busy day and evening.

The views out the lounge room windows were spectacular. Position was great. We really enjoyed our stay in Bath.

The lounge room and kitchen were fabulous. Physician of the accommodation was very central and parking was out the front with a permit.

The second bedroom was extremely small and had no closet space so was difficult to manoeuvre two cases and people

Lovely apartment, beautifully furnished with all conveniences required for a short stay holiday. Space for three of us to spread out. A nice change from some of our prior accommodation. Also liked we could easily adjust the heat setting to accommodate day - night requirements.As per all other review comments the view across Bath from lounge windows was fantastic. Renee was very responsive to all queries.

Really nothing to say here. Accommodation was just as advertised. All reviews point out that property is up a relatively steep hill. We did make rookie error of walking up with our suitcases but that was our fault.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning city

Renee, the host was very good at communicating and we extended our parking - the process was very smooth The views were amazing as was the location - and very peaceful. Loved it. The wine was a lovely touch too.

went for a weekend get away with girls. very beautiful apartment in a very beautiful city. very close to city centre. everything was super nice, amazing property, must say: very nice view from the living room. everything is clean and cosy. very nice kitchen area, utensils, fridge, coffee machine. bathroom had cotton buds and cotton pads additional to a very nice body wash and hair care. owner took care of the parking which was a very nice gesture on her part. have to say that everything exceeded our expectations. thank you Renee.

Amazing stay!

The view was amazing! The apartment was so clean, the beds were very comfortable, in a perfect location that was very quiet, and the check in and check out process was easy! I will definitely be back!

Overall charming apartment with a great view.

I loved the view from the window. It was really magical at night. The apartment was very clean. Free parking was good. Very well stocked with white goods.

Insufficient crockery as well as pans, cookware and cooking utensils. The kitchen had a huge fridge freezer but only 2 large saucepans one of which had no lid. so cooking anything was a little difficult. It would have been useful to have the relevant key box marked with the apartment number.

1. The View 2. Clean everywhere 3. Nice and fast communication 4. Full-size shampoo, conditioner, and badywash. They even had makeup removal. 5. Good size, smart tv. Not like most places cheap ones. 6. Nice, soft, and clean carpet.

Only one thing made me give 8/10 the mattress eather was too old and the corner was on an angle, or it was too soft for me. But that is really all negative. I can say about the place.

A very handsome well-located flat in an extremely handsome city.

Location is BRILLIANT, the view stunning It was a quiet area but not far from amenties. The availability and of parking and residents parking permit was fantastic. The flat was superbly decorated, and spotlessly clean. Brave to have everything in light colours, so we stuck to white wine!

Why have dishwasher available when there are only four place settings in the kitchen? Which would mean you would run it 90% empty every time! A very small quibble indeed of course.

Hard to beat location and view of Bath Spa. Everything you need is provided and comfy. Bravo.

Out of the hosts control was the student housing next to our block BUT they were very helpful in sourcing how to deal with the noise problem. The host was very quick to respond and be proactive. I would recommend getting University Security number from them if you notice there are problems. It works!

Lovely apartment with great view over Bath and easy walks down to the city and river 👍🏻

Nice open plan living, kitchen and dining room with great views over Bath. Bedrooms are decent sizes and beds very comfortable. Good size bathroom with bath. Was able to park outside the apartment, owners will apply for the permit for you. Easy access down to the city and the river, good walks down then back up the hill.

The shower heads need cleaning out as the calcium build up is blocking the water holes and also the top of the rain head is a bit caked as well. If you use the washing machine when on spin the whole living areas floor bounces up and down. A bit of shock the first time 😂
