We had enjoyed our stay of 8 nights but hope to see improvements for the cons areas.
Pro - great location(near to train and bus station and supermarkets, cafe, etc) spacious, clean, with kitchen facilties and washing machine(for deluxe studio only)
Cons - no lift, will get cooking smell from next door, no dryer, water from shower head very weak

Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions.
It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas.
It would be even better if they have a washer in the room.
