A modern two bedroom house centrally located near the city centre with all of the required amenities. Very comfy beds also. The owners were very quick to answer any queries. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location

Owner communications was excellent, fantastic location just a 15 minute stroll to the Roman Baths. nicely decked out, warm and comfortable.

Neeed a drainer for putting crockery, knives and forks, cups on after washing up. We found the operation of the hob a little tricky.

Perfect Apartment/location to stay in Bath!

The apartment was the perfect size and in the best location! It was in walking distance to the train station, along with downtown which was great because we didn’t have to rely on any other transportation while we were there! The apartment was also very clean and comfortable and Renee does a great job with her rentals.

Nice Stay in Bath

This was a nice home base for our trip to the Jane Austen Festival. The host is fantastic and super easy to chat with. Replies quick whenever we had questions about parking and internet issues. The house itself is cosy and has standard amenities. Comfy beds. Patio is helpful because our dresses got wet from the rain and we could hang our clothes out to dry. The included parking is a lifesaver. It's about a ten minute walk to the centre so the location is ideal. My family and I had a great time and would recommend staying here.

The bathroom is on the smaller side so it gets a bit splashy, but still manageable. Tiny suggestion would be to have some sugar and milk packets for the complimentary tea and coffee.

The fact that this is our second stay here within less than a year explains everything.

The location was suitable for us as we arrived by train. It’s merely less than 10 minutes walk though some part of the walking path was a bit muddy due to rain.

I just wish there are two bath rooms. 4 of us has to que to use this only one wash room. The TV is hung a bit too high for the settee.

Had everything we need. Was in a brilliant location, we walked everywhere! The beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location and beautiful decor - great for a short visit.

The location was perfect - close to everything. The house was well decorated and nice touches on arrival.

The TV didn’t work - very intermittent, only got it working for half an hour once. Could do with a repaint and thorough clean before guest arrival - toothpaste on the side of the sink. Could hear people in the street - letterbox not closed and neighbours through the wall.

Wonderful stay

This stay was absolutely amazing! The bedroom wasn’t too small or too big – just the right size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it had a lovely bathtub that made up for it. There was no shower cap provided, but everything else was well-prepared. I didn’t quite figure out how to adjust the heater, so it was a little chilly in the morning. Other appliances and utensils were complete, easy to use, and very useful – especially the washing machine and dryer. The surrounding was safe and location was excellent, making it very easy to walk to key attractions. The host was friendly and easy to contact. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again!

The house is light and airy but was nicely warm in late November. It is clean and furnished in modern style. Host responded quickly to queries before and during our stay. The parking permit was a great bonus.

Goede locatie voor een kort verblijf aan de rand van Bath.

De locatie was ideaal voor een bezoek aan Bath, op 10 minuten wandelafstand van het centrum. Rustige buurt, parking voor de deur. Kleine maar schone badkamer, goede bedden, alles prima in orde.

Het terras/tuintje was niet uitnodigend en de meeuwen mochten wat stiller zijn :-)

Passable Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Man konnte entlang des Flusses einen schönen kurzen Spaziergang in das Zentrum machen. Sehr idyllisch. Ein Supermarkt war auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Die Terrasse war überhaupt nicht einladend. Eine Betonwüste, mit sehr viel Unkraut, keine Sitzkissen auf den Gartenmöbeln mit " Vintage"-Charakter und kein Sonnenschirm. Das Geschirr ist auf 4 Personen abgezählt. Völlig unheimlich fanden wir die Videokameras am Hauseingang und im Terrassenbereich. Laut Angaben des Vermieters wären diese Kameras nur eingeschaltet, wenn keiner da ist. Man fühlt sich trotzdem unwohl. Das Bett im kleineren Schlafzimmer ist viel zu überdimensioniert, man hat keinen Platz für einen Koffer ( ein Schrank ist auch nicht vorhanden). In diesem Zimmer wäre ein kleineres Bett und eine Kofferablage sinnvoller.
