Clean and easy to find and get to. No real face to face access but all messages answered quickly and well
Common areas dlfor the flats and stairs were a little put of repair and very basic

Comfy sofa and beds. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses etc. Powerful shower. Light and airy flat. 20 min walk to town but steep hill and/or steps on way back.
No tea or coffee sachets provided. Picture fell off wall on my friends head. Curtain rail came down when closing curtains. Previous occupants pair of knickers left in bedroom. Both beds bedding not ironed and very wrinkled. Mix matched furniture with no relevance (lounge floor lamp in one bedroom rather than table lamp). Stickers on doors stating ‘fire door must be kept closed’ and were propped open on arrival and 2 don’t even close.
