Lovely 4 Bedroom House in Central Bath

The shower was good and it was tidy.

There were lots of steep steps to access the property and to walk into Bath which wasn't mentioned at the point of booking. My mum is 75 and struggled with these, especially when taking our luggage as we couldn't park outside the property. Parking was set back and again we had to climb several steps. The property was clean although there were stains on the carpets and coffee table. It was warm when we stayed and the upstairs bedrooms were very hot and uncomfortable which made it difficult to sleep. There was an electric fan which was extremely noisy so couldn't really be used. However, it was cooler on the second night. It's not really in central Bath - it took about 15 minutes to walk to the cathedral. We also had to walk through a subway which was slightly concerning for three women at night. It was fine as a base but I won't be booking out again due to the location and the steps.

Keys were in a key safe easy access.

Location was fantastic and rooms Were great size perfect for purpose

There was rubbish left outside Front Of Property that was attacked by birds/foxes. Shower seal was not attached and was filthy dirty.

Great size, good size bedrooms and living space. 2 bathrooms was great too. Short distance from town.

It was tricky to get to in the dark. The front door light didn’t work so had use our phone torches. It is a distance from the car so transporting luggage and shopping was inconvenient. Whilst close to the town, the walking route in the dark is unpleasant and uncomfortable for a lone female. The bed on the ground floor was incredibly creaky, springs gone and very uncomfortable. Some of the crockery was dirty as was the dishwasher. There was literally one tea spoon only and insufficient tea towels. A coffee table would have been useful as per the photos. Soft furnishings were tired.
