Filthy area that must be cancelled on all booking platforms.

That is closer to the train station

The place is in a filthy area with drug activities and next to the tarven that closes at 3am.The apartment was not clean,no hot water,no blankets and it was freezing cold.The owner tells you not to communicate with them.if you love yourself please DO NOT torture yourself or family by booking these apartments.

Good security and easy check in.

Shower was dirty and had a strong odour. . Full linen not provided for sofa bed. One towel had lipstick stains on it. Linen not dropped off until last day . Had already bought our own by then. No iron or hair-dryer.

Nothing. Absolutely horrid experience with a terrible host who doesn’t action anything.

The property was horrible. The toilets had a sewage smell that was s strong almost like someone mopped the floor with urine. There are BED BUGS in the apartment. My mother was bitten ALL OVER! I told the host this and they offered zero resolution and said it was mosquitos when it’s clear beg bugs or some kind of insect infestation. It was disappointing. All the door handles are broken, I told them this and they didn’t even acknowledge or action this. You have to use the bathroom and toilets with the doors open as they are all broken so no privacy if you’re taking this for large groups. I have attached pictures of my mums bites. I’m disappointed even in booking.com too as I made contact to complain and till now no response.

We entered the property with a key because none of the passwords they sent work!!! When we finally got in contact with someone after over 50 calls from us and booking.com!! They mentioned the lockbox is NOT working and they even told me where the key was hidden in the hallway - thus thei team knew the code they sent would never work!!!! It is completely unacceptable to leave us without access for so long with 3 children. When we finally accessed the property, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. There is mould and humidity in one of the rooms We found old, dirty socks. We found a fake nail on the floor Many mosquitoes and snots on the wall WiFi Password is incorrect The floors are dirty, clearly no vacuum cleaning was passed and it’s very dusty No kitchen paper. Two used soaps in the bathrooms, that was the only option. No shampoo, no shower gel. We truly have had the worst experience so far and we did not feel comfortable staying at the property.

Bed bugs!!! Stay away!

Spacious, but useless if you can’t sleep in it.

DO NOT book here! The neighborhood did not feel safe with people fighting and yelling at night on the street below well past midnight. We even heard what sounded like a gun cocking outside of our window and strange scratching noises near our door. The apartment looks nice from the photos and on the first impression, until you find the bed bugs. (We continuously found them throughout the night). The host was nice and attentive until we complained about the bed bugs and asked for a refund. The bugs were on every bed, and even on the curtains! We ended up having to throw out many clothes because of this. When we told the host, she replied by denying that there were bed bugs, and after given photo AND video evidence, she simply ignored the refund request and just said sorry. Sorry is not enough after we were forced to stay up all night sitting around the kitchen table! (The only place with no bed bugs) We had booked this place for two nights but there was no way we were staying here for a second night after the horrendous conditions of this place. What a way to ruin a vacation.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed anywhere in world.

Firstly we had €350 taken from the apartment, two of the group had cash taken from suit cases. Spoke to owner denied everything but at same time didn’t seem surprised! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It was quite complicated to find and get into as building had no sign writing The area it’s in is also very sketchy The kitchen utensils had food still on them, the fridge was dirty and so were cupboards and draws Some of the beds had stains Some of the sheets were ripped There was nothing to hook shower heads onto!

happy, easy access, clean and super host.

My family and I are very happy while staying in this apartment. very clean and very comfortable for my family, parents and children, the location is very strategic, close to everything we need. go out the door and walk a few steps to the left then you will find everything you need for your comfort, starting from shops, food, laundry, even for pharmacies, everything is very affordable, if you turn right then you will find the shops you need for cooking and fruits, just walk 5 minutes to the train station. if there are more than 10 stars I will definitely give it because it is very comfortable for us to stay here (7 people) 4 adults and 3 children. even the space you need is more than enough for us who are 7 people. the host is very kind, responds to all questions and provides input that we need. thank you for all the good things you do for us

Ok stay for the price in a dodgy neighborhood

The apartment was clean enough. Not perfect but livable. There were some minor issues that could be avoided with slightly better maintenance.

The automatic lock didn't work as it should so we found out the door was unlocked in the morning. You just need to lock it from the outside and quickly shut the door. There were some cumshots on the curtains. The worst part was definitely the dodgy neighborhood. We didn't feel safe walking on the street and we simply didn't go out after dark or we used Uber. Just be cautious.

Good option

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Communication with the host was very fluid, and the location is close to the central station and about 20 minutes from downtown. very good value for money.

The stovetop wasn't working, but we managed with the oven and microwave.The area is not the prettiest as it is very commercial, but you have easy and quick access to other areas.

Bad experience I would not recommend 😕

The location was great and close to the train station and local shops.

Apartement was not clean, floor was dirty and dusty. Very noisy as there was karaoke restaurant and they were open until late time 02:00 am we could not sleep at all. The heating was very low even you increase the temperature it does not heat the rooms or the living room the apartment remained cold. Sofa was broken, had a broken leg so you cannot sit on it and owner advised that they will need to order a replacement which takes long time. So the we could not make use of during our stay.

This apartment has potential, but I have to express my disappointment after the 03 night stay, because: 1. In general, the cleanliness was poor (floor; shower tray; glass in the shower partition; small bathroom sink; some cutlery). 2. The main sink was blocked and there was no liquid soap. 3. Next to the coffee machine was a bowl with appetizers and leftover cookies, left by the previous guest?? 4. The lighting in the living room was very dim, insufficient for the space. In the bedrooms, the bedside tables did not have lamps, so during the night it was necessary to use cellphone's flashlight. 5. The Wi-Fi signal was weak ; there was no iron or toaster. Several doors had handles falling off. 6. The boiler went into alarm after 24 hours of stay, so we had 02 nights without hot water for baths and radiators. After reporting the anomaly, it was not possible to anticipate the presence of a technician before our check-out. 6. The tranquility in the apartment was disturbed by the music from the African Disco/Bar, which operates right next door, from late afternoon until, at least, 01am.

Would stay again!

The house was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the flat was stylish. The shower was easy to use and had shower gel which was nice. The instructions on how to enter the flat were straight forward, and working the heating was laid out and simple.

The flat could've been cleaner, some surfaces were covered in dust and marks on the floor and walls.

Good for group travelers

Affordable apartment and individual room with large bed. Nice to have a living room that we can all hang out at after a long day of walking and sight seeing.

Location was pretty shady. See spotters on every corner at night. Up keep of the apartment was pretty behind. Rust in the shower, cracks in all the walls, and soaps are not filled. Sound proofing is not good. We can hear everything our upstair, downstair and side neighbors do or talk about.

It looks good for the first views. Good tv with internet.

Everything. No hitting. Temperature is 13° all the time. No hot water, impossible to take the shower or wash plates. Loud all the time, talks from the cafe and neighbors, music, songs till 4 in the morning, prays. Someone smoked marihuana all the time, smell in the flat was awful, and we couldn’t even open windows because of cold inside. Bad district, many homeless people, strange persons, fights, we didn’t feel safe there. Owner of the flat didn’t want to decide anything, he just tell us we want to check out if we don’t like something. DON’T trust him! He tell you he didn’t know about that problems and doesn’t know what’s wrong, but HE KNOWS! It’s not first time, we find out it from other reviews! Just don’t try yourself, don’t stay in this flat! So we checked out earlier and moved to another flat. We have no refund, no compensation, owner and booking want to do nothing about this situation.

The apartment is clean and big. Just enough for the 7 of us. Very comfortable. The location is also near to metro, restaurants and some groceries. We just walked from the train station to the apartment

The location is within the muslim and indian area. At night there are a some drug selling stuff happening which we witness just in front of the unit. Glad that the people are not harmful.

Lovely apartment in the city, around 20-25 min walk to grand place. It had everything we needed for the pleasant stay. Easy check in and out. Codes sometimes dont work, but you can open any door from the app. Parking on the street for a day around 23€ so aint bad.

It looks very nice in the photo. Reality is slightly different, but I can't complain. It's not the cleanest place i stayed also, but overall is good and comfortable.

HORRENDOUS-DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT

Nothing at all Was good about this property had to find different accommodation was that bad.

It’s was dirty , it Smelt , stains on sofa , microwave dirty , fridge dirty, duvet stains on them and no duvet covers . Next door to a restaurant which played loud music (drums) until 3am - and at the other side music was loud from 8am until 9.30 until we left . Impossible to sleep . Area really bad litter and waste bags everywhere.

Spacious apartment close to Midi station

Spacious appartement with good amenities and equipments. Close to train station ideal for travellers, just outside of the city center. Contactless check in what was a plus.

The location of the appartement is in a bit of shady part of town, not sure as a solo women I would like to walk around after dark alone. The appartement could use a better cleaning, especially the toilet and bathroom. Toilet smelled upon arrival and old equipment could be changed and making sure shower gel and hand soap filled.

Really good value for price

Clean and elegant, keyless entry, has everything you need, close to public transport and in walking distance from city center. Very nice mobile app with all the info about the apartment.

A few minor repairs should be done, like the bathroom doorknob or the paper holder. Not related to the apartment but this part of the city is kinda a bad neighbourhood.

Very unfair, dirty, nasty.

Really dirty and many things broken and of cheap quality. We know renting apartments is a business but it should definitely be proper, especially as we paid around €175,- per night. We used “outer-socks” around our socks to keep our feet clean and proper. No proper cleaning tools in the apartment. When asking for an extra blanket there was no option. Almost all shelves in the apartment are empty, as mentioned hardly tools. Pictures of the apartment are correct in the advertisement, but show a “new” and “clean” apartment, which was definitely not as such.

The location is not good, and the street are dirty. The online staff is not helpful, and expected you to resolve the problems by yourself. Also, the heating tube is not well functioning. One of the heating tube in the bedroom will create vibration sounds that disturbing our sleep at the mid night.

A comfortable two night stay.

The property itself is well furnished and well equipped. Check in was very easy. All facilities were available.

The location of the property is in a seemingly shady part of town. That was the only concern. Also for summer months I would suggest having standing fans available for the rooms so its easier to go to sleep at night.

I would not go there again

The apartment is quite spacious.

Customer service: Although in the description of the facilities provided a hair dryer was included, when I tried to find it it was not available or very well hidden. I contacted the apartment and initially they answered that it was in the apartment. when I contacted them again twice as I could not find it they never answered back. Cleanliness: While trying to find the hair dryer I opened the oven and found a dirty pan with food remains inside that was never washed. Area: The area is not the safest one in Brussels and they gave me the apartment on the ground floor. It did not feel very safe. Noise: Next to the building there is an African restaurant that stays open until late, if you are in the ground floor apartment you can hear all the discussions and the music through the wall.
