This would be a 5 but for one issue. A hotel of this price should have a refrigerator that refrigerates. I was told "oh, we have a different system here. It won't make your item cold, but if you put something in it, it will maintain its temperature." I pointed out that then it was not a refrigerator. They shrugged.
That aside, it was fine. Request a river view room. Skip breakfast however - 30 euros is a bit much.

Very clean room with good facilities.
Free upgrade as was my wife’s Birthday and they also brought cake.
Really friendly staff too - couldn’t recommend this more. 10/10
