Brilliant stay.

Extremely clean property as well as brand new baths and kitchen.The staff was perfect and also the mini market that they had was very good.I fully recommend it when you visit Maastricht.Lastly,there are taxis continuously for the centre if you thinking about this!

Very pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort and we are very satisfied with everything. The house was nicely equipped and very comfortable. The swimming pool, especially the slide, was a big highlight and was loved by our children. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return.

Huge apartments in an amazing location.

Huge apartment with lots of space and very comfortable. The fact that there are takeaways available, there is a restaurant and the fact that there are children facilities/activities was really great.

Some maintenance issues need to be taken care of. Child proofing isn't done at the bottom of the ground floor to the first floor so we kept having to run after our toddler. There was no door between the living room and the upstairs bedrooms and noise carries. Bigger towels are needed.

Good location for our purposes, felt secure and safe, calm and secluded. Parking acceptable but tight for a big.car. Would happily stay there again

Pleasant stay

The location is really nice - you are close to some thermal bath, swimming pool, forest and nature as well as golf course. You can rent bikes for city tours etc. In general the apartments are clean and come furnished with all your needs. The heating works fine.

The beds have very (very) soft mattresses so it was not very comfortable to sleep in. On one day the (cleaning) personal did enter the apartment without my knowledge and left the balcony door unlocked which was quite disturbing.

This is our second visit to Dormio & it’s such a relaxing place. We absolutely love it. The house was clean, well equipped and extremely peaceful. We had a sauna in the house & that really made the entire experience even more relaxing.

While everything is incredible and super cozy, the beds are not the most comfortable. You sink into the mattress & the pillows aren’t of much use either. Overall, we did have a stiff back every morning. Definitely not recommended for people who have sensitive backs or injuries.

It will help if they provide some basis facilities like dish washer tablets and soap for people staying for few days. It just feels wasteful to buy full bag / bottles for 1 week.

A great choice for families and groups of friends.

This place has all the necessary facilities for both children and adults, making it possible to handle all aspects of daily life within the complex itself. A shopping centre including large supermarkets is within a 5-10 minute by car and downtown is accessible in about 40 minutes walk, offering great convenience. The accommodation is, of course, very clean.

It would be helpful if essential supplies (such as toilet paper and dishwasher tablets) were provided based on the number of nights stayed.

Very comfortable stay, but the property needs attention!

Excellent location, property very well set up. Perfect location to explore the Maastricht area. Very comfortable beds and enough space in the house and garden to run around, if you like ;-)

The house we stayed in is very comfortable, however you can see it has been rented out intensively and it needs some serious care. Cleaning may have extra attention as well, spiderwebs are present and in the surrounding of the house there are several sigaret butts laying around (who does something like that makes you wonder…)

We were two families in a three-room apartment, it was excellent and suited us very well. There is a safety fence at the end of the stairs - critical when there are toddlers and babies. The kitchen is also equipped with a set of children's utensils. The pool is excellent. The playground is very nice. The apartment itself is charming, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and cozy.

-The beds are very very uncomfortable. Unreasonably soft. We slept very badly throughout our stay. The worst beds we have ever slept on. -Bad towels, small and uncomfortable. To get more towels you have to pay 8 euros per towel!. Bring towels from home. -The bakery that was and the grocery store are not enough. Expensive and not stocked

Terrible, booked two nights only stayed one, due to how uncomfortable the temperature of rooms were and state of the acc

Downstairs area was okay but very dirty.

Rooms were very hot and stuffy, dirty throughout, got moved due to first given property being dirty, hole in the toilet door, paint work dirty, marked and scuffed. Smelt of cigarette smoke and bugs on ceiling, at least 10. Stairs were dangerous for lifting cases up as very thin and curved. Bed linen stained in both rooms. Only stayed one night, was loud and noisy until 3:45 am. Awful. And was so expensive. The cleanliness was shocking and completely unacceptable. So much dust on light fittings that when we knocked it by accident making a roll it lots of dust and dirt build up fell off onto our food and we couldn’t eat it!!

I had higher expections from Dormio, but i was dissatisfied.

the place was quiet and peaceful for most of the stay, but the last two days of our stay many of our neighbors were partying. with loud music from around 8 till later than 12 pm

When we arrived no one from the reception accompanied us to our villa, we had to go alone and try to explore the way and the villa and everything our self. No phone in the villa, so if we needed any assistance we had to take the 5 minutes walk from our villa to enquire. Due to the lack of help from the reception upon arrival with no tour, we faced some difficulties in using the oven, and the kitchen supplies. The place is not clean, the villas are dirty when we arrived, and when we told them to check the cleanliness they came and did not improve any thing. The people at bakery are not friendly, and blunt. The super market snd bakery close too early at 8 pm.

The location is excellent, being just out of town so nice & quiet but still convenient to travel quickly into town centre. The house was very clean and well equipped for our purposes. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Superb

Great location (especially if you play golf) but also is not far to the city and surrounding area. It is a top resort with village like atmosphere. It comes with restaurants and grocery store (which is quite expensive to be honest).

Could be more dishes, glasses and kitchen equipment in general. For example no cutting board resulting the countertop is damaged but all the people cutting food directly on top.

Nice living space within the cottage but insufficient heating notwithstanding radiators being turned fully on. It was cold at night in bedrooms. No additional blankets to be found anywhere.

the hotel is nice and the rooms villa was big

they toke a deposit if 500 e and return it back 10 days after my stay. no smoking is allowed no cleaning for your villa during your stay if you need to clean it you have to pay 140e the location is far from everything and the supermarket inside the resort closes early you simply need a car to transfer any where the only taxi available will charge you 16 e for the nearest destination

Very comfortable village houses close to the city center. There is a nice small shop, bar, restaurant and a swimming pool as a few playgrounds. Everything is child friendly.

we were 4 people and there was enough seating for 4 - 1 sofa and 2 chairs, but I do prefer 2 sofas in the living room to relax on.

Great place to stay, however in order to reach the proper value for money some improvements must be done.

It was very nice and convenient, great facilities and fun for kids and parents.

The jacuzzi at the villa was dirty, the sockets are placed in low places and dangerous for kids, the cleaning can be improved, not enough options for swimming suit days at the spa.
