Great location, close to Maastricht centre yet surrounded by countryside. Good facilities on site, including bike rental, a spa and a bar.
Swimming pool was good for children to play in, but of no use for swimming fitness.

the place was quiet and peaceful for most of the stay, but the last two days of our stay many of our neighbors were partying. with loud music from around 8 till later than 12 pm
When we arrived no one from the reception accompanied us to our villa, we had to go alone and try to explore the way and the villa and everything our self. No phone in the villa, so if we needed any assistance we had to take the 5 minutes walk from our villa to enquire.
Due to the lack of help from the reception upon arrival with no tour, we faced some difficulties in using the oven, and the kitchen supplies.
The place is not clean, the villas are dirty when we arrived, and when we told them to check the cleanliness they came and did not improve any thing.
The people at bakery are not friendly, and blunt.
The super market snd bakery close too early at 8 pm.
