A wonderful experience for so many reasons

Good for a short stay...

The location of this venue is very convenient to visit Maastricht, it is not in the "crowded side" of the river which was a reason why we chose it, but it is in vicinity of anything you would need while visiting. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and all looked very nice, as well as a relatively short walk to the train or bus station. Though there is no parking for a car, there was a paid parking (18 euro per day) nearby and just 2 min walk. The rooms was very big with a very big bathroom and all amenities and water in the room. The breakfast was good, though we stayed only one night and cannot provide more feedback on it, though we would like to have more vegan options for breakfast.

The property is an old building and it is nothing negative, but you need to be aware that the stairs are very narrow, no elevator and it could be a challenge for some, though the staff offered help with the luggage, if needed. For the same reasons, if the venue is fully booked like when we stayed you may hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms (above) from the wooden floors. It is charming, but may be bothersome. In my personal opinion the price was rather high.

Nice place to stay and explore Maastricht

This B&B is located in an old house with it's own charm. A bit old fashioned. The bed was really comfy. The staff was nice and helpful. The B&B is close to the station and also easy to reach by foot from the city center. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the breakfast served, as I had a breakfast business meeting elsewhere.

Checking out was a bit messy because the card machine didn't work. Money transferred directly by bank account and had to wait a while for the invoice. However, everything was neatly handled and arranged.

2 day vist to Maastricht.

Beautiful room. Very nicely decorated, as well as the bathroom. Excellent breakfast and very friendly lady who runs the B&B.

It was a climb to the second floor… so for people who are less able to climb the wooden stairs it could be a problem.

Building w character, good location (halfway train station and city centre), comfy beds, spacious room, good breakfast, owner was away but hostess went out of her way to help us during breakfast etc.

Stairs were quite steep; the owner was away when we arrived, and there seemed to be a lack of clarity about our stay;

The noise from the Restaurant across the road was really loud and seemed to go on, long into the night. The accessibility to the rooms up the narrow, wooden stairs with big, heavy cases was almost impossible.

A lovely, old building, charming and nicely decorated. Very comfortable, very friendly staff. My dog stayed at no additional cost and was well treated. Great location. Parking in an underground car park 2 minutes walk away, 16 euros per day.

An old building and the interior has been well preserved and the furniture is in keeping with the property. Great breakfast. Anna the manager was very friendly and helpful.

Well-located comfortable stay close to key Maastricht sites.

Really well-located property, a quick walk to several riverside restaurants and the bridges to the other side of Maastricht. Well-appointed rooms, comfy beds, beautiful bathroom with nice bath products. Excellent breakfast with sweet and savoury options.

Not suited to anyone with mobility problems (steep stairs), but they make that clear on their website.
