We wished we had longer to stay.

A quick overnight in a lovely spot!

Welcoming staff, lovely restaurant and bar. We had a lovely dinner there (chicken breast was very good!) as we had arrived pretty late. We then had a lovely breakfast - very good avocado toast and lots of other options. Room is well appointed and clean and comfortable. Rain shower and nice products.

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff, great location

Fabulous quirky hotel in a brilliant location. Lovely staff who were very chatty and helpful and went over and above to entire that guests had a wonderful stay. Excellent food and drinks, Lovely heated outside terrace opposite the main square. We definitely stay there again.

Great location and comfortable

The room is comfortable and spacious. It was conveniently located near the City Hall and the attractions and shops were within walking distance. Google map to figure out how to get to the hotel by bus from the train station. Clever use of QR code to enter the room.

Located in the Center of Maastricht, friendly staff, fast Check-in, good breakfast.

Room a bit outworn, but clean, parking Spaces available but expensive (almost 30€/night, nearly the same price as the public parking)

Nice hotel but dangerous shower

Location. Friendly, helpful staff. Except for the problem with the shower I would give it an 8.

1. The floor of the shower is very slick even when dry and there is no grab bar. I slipped on the wet floor and fell backwards on to my back. Luckily I didn’t hit the back of my head. 2. The bathroom doors make a loud noise when you open them, which is a problem when one person gets up in the middle of the night. 3. Because the hotel was full we had to stay in a better room the first night, and that one was greatly overpriced, especially without breakfast.

Perfect location, nice hotel

We arrived ahead of checking in time and they had the rooms ready which gave us more time to explore the town without our luggage. The check-in staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly. We had an en-suite room overlooking the beautiful Vrithof square and surrounding restaurants. The room was clean and airy and large bed very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the patio but we didn't eat at the hotel so unable to comment on food service

Friendly staff. Great central location. Spacious room. Nice shower. Maastricht is beautiful, especially at sunset and night, and this hotel is centrally located to enjoy it.

Parking was expensive, and I could have used just as easy alternative local parking lots.

The room was not really clean: dust on the sink, mold in the shower and dirt on the bathroom floor. The room was noicy, you could hear everybody on the hallway. also the bed was not really comfortable, we both had a little backpain after the night.

very good central location and the room was spacious with a good bed

unfortunately a smell coming from the shower space. After mentioning it next morning reception told that a particular shower sink part was missing.
