Was a good experience.

Breakfast was very good. The best part was the view on the Vrijhof. Service was very personal and nice. Good selection of foods. Overall, I was impressed by the kindness of the staff.

The carpet in the hotel room was all torn and old . I also didn’t like that there was nobody at the reception after 9pm. I also didn’t understand the fire/ evacuation plan. Would be hard to get out of there alive in case of a fire

A great base for a city break, with excellent staff support

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of good quality nutritious food served with friendliness in a lovely space overlooking Vrijthof plein.

Ideally the room would have been a fraction bigger but it was exactly as described.

Location, architecture, building interior and design all were excellent including the rooms

Twin beds were insufferable They kept splitting and felt really movable so I had to yank a mattress off one of them and place it on the floor to feel stable,which worked!

The location of this hotel is just perfect, you can walk to everything. There is an Albert Hein grocery store just down the street with ready made things for lunch if you don’t feel like going out. The staff is extremely helpful at the front desk. There is parking available for a fee, but really it is a fair price of 39€ The room is small but extremely clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and there is a coffee maker in the room. Hot showers with a clean bathroom. Really happy with this hotel, I would book it again if ever in Maastricht

Wouldn't definitely rebook if I was to visit Maastricht again

Nice comfortable room , though it was a double bed it really was 2 single beds put together with separate duvets for each person ,high ceilings ,good tea and coffee making facilities .carpeted .Location was good in the town centre but still not too long a walk from the train station. Good sized bathroom .Nice air con ,good WIFI .Friendly staff .

It would have been nice to have 2 pillows as pillows were very squishy .A easy chair in the room would have been good but we just sat on our beds. First night there street was quiet , second night was quite noisy .

Good location

Location was good. Everywhere we wanted to go to can be done on foot. There's a grocery store just down the street.

Our room overlook the street so sometimes it can get noisy. Water pressure in the shower was rather weak. No mini fridge in the room.

Central hotel in Maastricht

The staff were kind and gave us extra pillows and a wine opener when we asked. Location is just off the main square and 15 mins from train station. Huge bathrooms, rooms were large with windows that could open to the street (though it was a bit loud at night as it was off the main square).

The beds were so uncomfortable, made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was below average. Hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, especially for the price - very outdated.

Good accommodation for a Maastricht city centre visit.

Very convenient city centre location. Two minutes walk from the Vrijthof, venue for the Andre Rieu concert which was our main reason for visiting. The breakfast was good too.

Room was a bit small. Very irritating sensor light by the door, mainly because it came on if I walked to the bathroom during the night. Either needs reduced sensitivity or an inner door. Also the bathroom door was a funny sliding glass thing that neither fully closed the opening nor gave privacy. There was no restaurant or bar, only the breakfast room, but plenty of both within a few minutes walk.

It had a good breakfast. They sell universal adapter which was great. I forgot a water bottle, came back 2 weeks after and they had it hold for me, that was nice as well!

We would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Maastricht.

Location is perfect in the middle of Maastricht. However bare in mind that Visa + Master Card are not excepted in this town so we did struggle to pay. Also if you are traveling with a large vehicle (our was Defender Land Rover ) its impossible to park. The nearest park for our car was 1.5 mile away. Overall very good hotel and pleasant staff.

Excellent Hotel

The team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Our flights were delayed and they kindly allowed us to stay in our room until alternative transport was available. We would definitely use this hotel again. It was also very central.
