The staff member let me choose the room which was nice. It’s important to note that the property has a steep stairwell so not ideal for some guests.
I received so many emails about the booking – it was a little frustrating.

Location: The hotel's location is excellent. Despite being in the center of the city, I didn't hear any noisy sounds that would disturb my sleep, which was a pleasant surprise.
Room interior: The room interior matched the photos provided. However, I would suggest that the hotel improves the cleanliness of the rooms, as they could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Hotel staff: The hotel staff members were outstanding. They were exceptionally helpful and responsive, attending to all of my questions and needs promptly. Their service throughout my stay was excellent.

56 stairs and no lift. Cold breakfast. Bathroom not smelling fresh.
