Disappointing

The residences are in a very good spot to explore the city

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the flat itself. Cleanness wasn't at its best, a lot of things damaged/not functioning and not taken care of. A lot of stains on the carpets and the couch looked not clean/vacuumed. The curtain system very unpractical. As a side note, the flat wasn't really child proof as all kitchen utensils were stored in low cabinets where the kids can reach - but this is an inconvenience that doesn't necessarily bother everyone. I found the price way too high for the actual accomodation

Suprising designed appartment interiors with separate spaces for each privacy. Great location.

We had a very spacial 3 persons room with lot of privacy because of the different floor levels and facilities (kitchen/tv/dining table/cupboards). Well chosen designs for interior elements like the water taps, kitchen elements, lamps and small tables and good showers. Great contact with the reception. Cosi garage well reserved by the reception. Excellent location close to Het Vrijthof and next to well known restaurant.

The same for the 2 persons room, however, the space around the 2p bed was a bit tide and hidden after a small internal corridor. The 'mind the steps' throughout the whole building really need your attention.

Worst stay in the past years. Avoid at all costs.

Location is perfect and reception was efficient.

The state of the rooms is just very poor. The bathroom was the worst - a continuous sewer smell that did not go away with flushing and/or keeping the windows open. The interior of the other rooms were worn. The floor and closets were dusty, and the walls full of marks of squashed flies and musquitoes. The beds uncomfortable. To top it off, a group of guests came in at 1am, shouting/screaming through the hallways, even knocking on the doors. No reception/staff to notice this or to take action. Overall, this property should be immediately changed to a student house - this is not worth the money that we paid for which you can get a proper/decent luxury hotel room in the city of Maastricht. Which we did - we immediately left early, and booked a different hotel in the centre of Maastricht which was clean and did provide value for money. We indicated these complaints with the reception, but they could do nothing and only referred to an email address. Two days after emailing our complaints, still no reaction. Worst property we stayed in in the past years. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent location, so close to everything. We luckily had an apartment that only had half a dozen steps to carry our luggage. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Outstanding units in this complex.

Exceptional facility in an historic post office building

Beautiful modern exceptionally clean, comfortable bed nice bathroom facilities location was great The front desk stack was exceptionally kind and helpful. Light and airy with lots of windows. I like the layout that the bedroom was on the first floor and you didn’t have to log the suitcase up the stairs. It made sense to put the kitchen on living area on the second level.

I couldn’t get the temperature to cool down so I was hot all night and awake until I realized I could open a window, but then it was noisy.. I found it odd that there were no tissues in the part of the bathroom with the shower and sink, but that was OK. I just brought toilet paper in.

Good location, but not worth it

The location is great

The cleaning could be much better as we found a used ear plug in sofa and both sofas in living room where dirty. The bathroom is quite old and looks very used as well. The biggest frustration was that we booked the room one day before stay and missed the communication about the reception closed after 17:00 and parking needs to be reserved in advance. So it was hard to reach reception by phone and no parking for as when we arrived.

Urban Residences Maastricht has very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was exactly as stated - spacious, light, airy and well appointed. The location was fantastic and made all of Maastircht very accessible.

Perfect apartments in center of Maastricht

Third stay and grwat as always. Apt B01 is a gem. Backside, calm and huggggeee windows. Upstairs bedroom is constructed like a balcony. Cosy and great design. Excelldnt kitchen equipment. Friendly staff!. Nearby parking is convenient.

WiFi was extremely bad. On and off every 2 minutes. TVs were not programmed. All was corrected but only at the end of day 2.

Wonderful little getaway.

Everything , the appartement was nice and spacious and had a gorgeous natural light thanks too the big and windows. The kitchen area was great also for entertaining friends and the bed was super soft I slept like a baby! Very friendly and helpful staff!

The only thing I didn’t like where the stairs because that was a bit of a hassle with my luggage. But since this is an old building I understand it’s not always possible to put in an elevator.

quiet design apartment in the heart of Maastricht

great location in the heart of Maastricht, nonetheless very quiet. spacious design apartment. helpful staff. would recommend.

there is an automatic ventilation system guests cannot control: it was loud and cold on our first night, but the staff regulated it on the second day and it didn't bother us afterwards. There is no drying rack for clothes, only tumbler. the upper and lower floor are connected, so that one needs to keep quiet and with the lights almost off downstairs if others are asleep above. therefore not ideal for families or couples/friends who don't go to bed at the same time.

Brit in Maastricht

We arrived on a very hot day and the staff had been sent home however a quick phone call and the staff talked me through the access codes and direction to my room. Parking was just down the road in a locked garage. The location was perfect for the town square and close to the shops and river. Found a great brewery over the river, Stadsbrouwerij. Good selection of beers and great food.

Apartment in Center City

The apartment is in a great location in the center city. It has a lot of room and amenities (washer/dryer/cooktop/oven.) The room was very clean and the AirCon was a nice feature. It was very quiet and I had a good night of sleep. I also liked having room to open my computer so I could get work done. Overall, I liked the apartment and the location. It was very comfortable.

Communication was very difficult with the staff. Emails were not returned promptly nor were phone calls. I was very dissappointed and frustrated by their lack of follow up. If you do not arrive when they are available, it is a hassle getting into the building. There are A LOT of stairs to get into the building and to your apartment - if you have a lot of luggage, it is a hassle. Their parking lot is close by, BUT, you need to have a small car to enter it (I parked across the street and it cost me almost 38 Euro.)

Nice stay in quite accommodation in a very good location to see and enjoy Maastricht.

The property was in a great position. Close to the town centre but in a quite area. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and roomy. Facilities were very good.

A brilliant place for a short trip to experience this beautiful international european city.

A very modern posh place just around the corner of the famous Vrijthof and the City Center of Maastricht. 2mins to reach lots of restaurants, the river Maas and all attractions of the City. Very friendly and supportive service of the staff.

The heating options very not all useable. For such a central spot it was quite calm. Though there are often the cars to be heard which are posing on the streets surounding the block. there are not much options to open windows and get fresh air into the rooms.

Magic Maastricht

There are free bikes with the property. However, we are not early risers & never managed to secure one in our 3 night stay. So like if you want a lounger at the pool, it appears you need to get up early and bag with your towel ! :)

Spacious apartment in the city centre

Stylish apartment in the old house. Light, big, spacious - had 2 levels of it. Surprised by the fact that bikes were offered to the guests free of charge. Located right next to the square with all the churches and cathedrals

Stairs leading to the second floor were too steep - ok for young guys, but for those old/drunk it might present a challenge. Reception is not 24/7 - you have urge them that you're coming AND they charge for the checkin post-midnight

Expected much better experience and cleaner apartment

Great location is the biggest plus

The Family Suite is located at the basement level - the level of light entering is suboptimal - the photos on the portal would not capture that nuance. (although description mentions basement-level). On check-in we experienced two things - multiple ants travelling throughout the apartment and pretty annoying smell (fungus-type) intense in the kitchen area - the apartment was also poorly cleaned for our arrival (old socks near TV, dirt in several places) - neither of these matters were resolved, despite some extra cleaning efforts- as we were travelling with the little one we really wanted a clean space but this was not the case; the staff also didn't transfer us to any other accommodation; socks not picked up, smell continued throughout the whole stay...

It was a very large studio apartment that was well appointed with everything we needed. The location was convenient, yet quiet. Our host gave us several good restaurant recommendations that we used during our stay.
