City Trip

Great place unfortunately we were given a room on the top floor, which was a good room but we are 70 plus and walking up the small stair case was very difficult. In future we should mention difficulty claiming stairs

Beautiful rooms and great location

Beautiful hotel and stylish decorated rooms with up-cycled materials. Creative designs. Clean and modern. Great location a few minutes walk to the center and 15 min walk to central station. Bus stop outside the door as well. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Quick replies and gave tips when needed. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Nespresso machine in the room and even a nice little terrace in the ground floor.

Great local, small hotel that really gives you the local feel.

Great location, staff and rooms. It's a small hotel, that really gives out a local feel so to speak. Great customer service, staff stayed longer, just to accomodate our arrivel, that was an hour later then expected.

Minibar being a bit noisy, but that was easily canceled by unplugging it.

Would I stay here again? Unfortunately not, the front of house checkin was very friendly sadly the facilities poor.

The stairs were seriously challenging, the room had an open plan bathroom shower and toilet, not something I like, the bed was creaky, the bedding sparse, the room was obviously in the attic and there was a very small window, so not a great deal of natural light, there was a dehumidifier in the room, a large one which was invasive and noisy, there was not a lot to like in terms of comfort, coffee was one sachet,

Great modern conversion of a 1700s building with a boutique feel close to the action but quiet.

Big room. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Perfect location, close to Markt and Vrijthof but quiet. Close to restaurants. Spar across the road.

we had a room on the 2nd floor, which had a very small window, so limited natural light. next time I will book a room on the 1st floor.

Communication before arrival, the arrival itself and the reception at the hotel were exceptional! This was followed by the uniquely furnished and designed room.

It would have been even more great if decaf-coffee capsules had been an option.

Staff were excellent, really big comfortable room, huge shower. It’s a 2 or 3 minute walk to Markt square with lots of beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants.

Wonderdful host!

Really nice property that looks exactly like the pictures. Rooms are spacious and really nicely located near plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars. Katja is a wonderful host who was very accommodating and responsive during communication before our arrival.

I would mention that you can hear some noise from the stairwell and footsteps above from other guests but earplugs are provided.

Disappointing

Absolutely loved the hotel. Very clean, Spacious and a bit quirky. Kevin was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Lovely bathroom, nice big shower and plenty of towels. Black out curtains did help.

The noise from the room above. You could literally hear everything. Every footstep, trying to get to sleep was very difficult and very disappointing for the money we paid. If you're a light sleeper this Hotel is not for you. Way too noisy. The cup of coffee we got for breakfast was way too small, a small pot would be much better.
