We had a good stay.

It is situated on a good location. In the centre of Maastricht. We were on the third floor. So it was convenient that there is an elevator to go up. The view is awesome over the streets.

The room was too small. Two single beds instead of a two persons bed, is easy sliding of the bed. While taking a shower you could feel the cold entering through the blinds on the window in the bathroom. No tea kettle in the room, not even a small refrigerator.

Room had 4 beds pretty tight but fine as only there for a sleep for 1 night. Location perfect. Had dinner - good food / value No time for breakfast as had to leave early.

My bed collapsed when I went to go to bed. Throughout the night when I turned it disturbed the others. Didn't have time to bring the problem to the attention of the hotel.

Great spot but noisy and no easy parking

Great location, friendly staff, fair price.

The room was small and the equipment was very basic. There was a lot of noise from the street and nearby bars all night long. Nearby parking is very expensive (costs almost as much as the hotel) There was a bad smell at times. We informed the staff who promised to check, but we did not hear back. One day, it was not clear whether the room had been cleaned. We had a fire alarm one evening for unspecified reasons. Overall, the stay was pleasant in spite of the above.

Great aprt from the street noise.

Youngsters outside my sisters bedroom were there until 05:00, she had little sleep. Restaurant was very good, and staff great..

Very enjoyable and will definitely return

Single rooms were small but perfect for solo travellers or people who don't want to share. Staff were lovely and restaurant had a nice menu. Breakfast was good value at €11.00 for residents. Great location in a lively square with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Was quite a walk from the train station and the cobblestones were hard on the case wheels.

Small Hotel with elevator, location excellent. Staff very helpful. Lovely restaurant downstairs, reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Maastricht.

Great location, loud at night

The room was in an awesome location. So close to everything. Easy to walk to all resturants. Parking was easy to find.

The beds and pillows were not the most confortable for the price of the room. Also, the local area bars and returant were very loud until like 4am. I left a day early, as I was not able to sleep well at night due to the noise.

The overall location is the key advantage of the hotel.

There was no air conditioning in the room, only a small fan. The windows couldn't be opened, so the only way to get some fresh air was to open the door connecting the room to the balcony. However, the room was located directly above a busy and noisy square, which made it extremely challenging to sleep. Additionally, the room was very small. All in all, it was not a great experience.

Central location with parking rond the corner. The "comfort room" was renovated, clean and spacious with great view of the "Markt".

Fun night

Very central so could walk to most places. Room was simple and well organised. It was clean and the ensuite was small but very functional. The carnival started the night I stayed and Hotel informed me tht it would be a bar for the night. It was good because I got to participate but also they gave me a room at the back so I got to sleep.

Situated right at the Markt where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The room had 4 single beds and is on the top floor.

The bathroom smelled a little and it was rather small. Room was also a squeeze but okay for 1 night. We were woken up by the smoke alarm in our room at 1am - no one came to check and no idea why it happened. Very annoying. The restaurant and elevator floor was sticky n smelled of old beer. Not the most pleasant

Excellent little hotel that we would definitely stay at again and happy to recommend.

Although the rooms were quite small they were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were all lovely and friendly. Food and drink was very nice and reasonably priced and looking out onto the main square, very pretty!

Perfect location and clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel has an excellent location, in the very city centre, surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. The hotels own restaurant is also very nice and cosy and serves excellent food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds.

The staff were excellent! Locations was good too.

Breakfast was extremely poor! Those people have no clue what breakfasts are served at other hotels. At Bourse, it was very very poor with only a couple of choices.

You can hear everything from the other rooms because the walls are thin so not the best option if you’re a light sleeper
