This hotel, so close to the train station, was an unexpected delight. We loved the well appointed room, the whimsical door signs, cleanliness and comfort. A great launch for our family vacation in the Netherlands.

The hotel is well located, on walking distance from the railway station. There is no staff, check in and check out is done via a machine. The room is spacious. Not so much comfort.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dutch, Maastricht was a gem of a city and the Dutch is perfectly located if you like wandering. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city center. We plan on staying here again!

Only complaint is booking a double room with double bed but they had 2 single beds together with 2 single duvets which is very impractical.

The overall experience of the hotel was excellent with staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The room was fun, well appointed and the quality of bed linen and towels very goood. Would certainly highly recommend.

Hotel has a great location and it was easy to check in by a self service counter. The rooms however are a bit worn out/they look nicer in the photos but overall they had the stuff you needed. The worst thing was the thin walls and the extremely noisy guests knocking on doors and partying till 5am.

This is my first experience of a staff free hotel. Check in was straight-forward as was check out. Property was clean and well laid out in a quiet area and convenient for railway and bus. I gave a low rating for staff as we did not see any. I would have given a higher overall rating but for the fact that someone decided to upgrade the televisions in the morning. Have you ever been woken by someone using A F#####G HAMMER DRILL on the other side of your wall? I hope that the laundry is able to get the sheets clean. Overall I was quite happy but the drill experience on my last morning was a severe downer. If there had been a receptionist then they would have got an earful.

This hotel is fine. Very quiet. Self-serve check-in and bar. They can deliver you a "breakfast in a bag" but no restaurant. So, you hardly see anyone who works there. The room was very spacious for a European hotel and the bathroom was split with a room for bath and one for toilet. It is a convenient walk from the train station and into the old town.

This hotel was quite unusual with self service check in and a hang out area and honesty bar. Our room was great, quiet and clean. The bathroom could have done with some modernisation. The one member of staff we met was friendly and helpful.
