Its fine for just one night stay. Apart from location, nothing else to mention.

I liked the location of the Hotel. It was very near to train station.

I did not like the Hotel as it was expensive for 93 eur per day where I did not even received the double bed.I had booked this explicitly as I traveled with my kid. Also no complimentary water bottle was provided. Stairs were very steep.

Near to the Station. Along the street, lots of restaurants & shops. Shower pressure very good with hot warm water. Blessed that the heater is in working well.

Climb 3 storeys norrow Staircase with 28" luggage carried by own. No helper. Bed too soft. The room is tilted. No drained hole at toilet floor, only one in the bath area. The whole Maastricht hotel selling ridiculous overpriced.

Great location and great takeaway shop underneath. They sell amazing frites :)

We have been staying here for 4 year and each year it is becoming more rundown. Plug sockets not working, room was cold so I asked for a blanket. No extra blanket, They turned the heating up but the in the day time they turned the heating off and it was freezing. Could use the shelf in the bedroom as it was coming away from the wall. Windows hadn’t been cleaned nor the dust and cobwebs by the bed.

in the middle of center

the stairway is very old. there is a kebab restaurant below, and you van smell it om the stairs. not in the bedroom wich was in the second floor. No airconditioning and old towels with holes. We also tried a kebab , and was very very delicious. very friendly staff. We booked this hotel because of the price. With 3 person we would have paid 2 or 3 times the amount we pay here. Booked without ready reviews. The reviews are horrifying, but this place is ok. Just for a good night rest. Not fancy. But clean and simple.

Won’t be coming back.

Breakfast was not included. The reception guy,(owner), wanted to delay our check in from 3pm to 4pm. He didn’t actually turn up to open the premises until 3:15. I and another guest explained that that was unacceptable and he reluctantly handed the room keys over once had paid. Not happy with this. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked. That’s about it.

Paid for two nights, decided to go home after the first.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, not even sure if that was an option. Maybe in the kebab place? Did not look appealing.

Open 24/7 means you can ring the bell and in due time someone will come. To be fair, these guys work hard on the food delivery side of the business. The hotel part felt like a side hustle from the food business. I understand that the location rocks and that brings up the price, but next time around I'll spend a few bucks more for something that feels like a hotel.

Great location, 2 minutes from train station, about 10 min from Vrijthof

No lift so we had to pull suitcases up narrow, steep stairs, this place would be more suited to young people as the stairs are quite steep.

Nothing. I literally liked nothing. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in

The room smelled like cigarettes. It smelled so bad that I had to sleep with a window open at -1 C outside. I instantly developed a headache which didn't go away for the whole next day. By far the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life.

Everything was as described at the site of Booking.com There were very simple conditions, but location is really great !

The curtains were torn and held on by several rings. The window didn't close properly. Very small and cramped bathroom. For several days of stay, thе room has never been cleaned. When booking, we ordered two separate beds, in fact there was one.
