Pleasant stay in the center of Maastricht

No breakfast is served. We had breakfast in a by the hotel recommanded place. Rooms are authenticly decorated

A really welcoming and helpful host. A perfect position in the city centre. Secure parking just a 2 minutes walk away at a very reasonable rate for such a location. Very good breakfast available.

Excellent location in a not so typical hotel

Excellent location in the city centre. Old house converted into a hotel which is a nice change from the typical hotel chains. Very quiet, even when window was open. Very good breakfast.

The stairs are narrow but didn’t shock us as we knew in advance. The bathroom is a bit outdated and could be refurbished (the sink is way too close to the toilet, but it’s probably hard to change that).

10 out of 10! Beautiful old building, tastefully decorated, with everything you need. We arrived late, but keys and lovely note left out for us. Highly recommend👌🏻

A perfect stay in beautiful Maastrict

Lovely intimate boutique hotel, perfectly located for the Vreitof and city centre. Everything we needed was on the doorstep and the train station was a pleasant walk away in about 15 minutes. We loved the clean, well-maintained quirky rooms. The building itself is very old with an abundance of character. The bed was large and comfortable. Marcel is a friendly helpful host who is happy to go the extra mile to make his guests feel welcome.

Marcel was great! He made us feel very welcome and gave good information about Maastricht. Having secure parking for our motorcycles was a bonus! Thank you! The bed was very comfy and having breakfast in bed was a treat! Nespresso machine was great too! 😁

A fab stay at a fab place ..

Quirky and different, all rooms are individually uniquely decorated . Fantastic location in the middle of the old town, so close to everything to explore from. Great to have free access to a good coffee machine in the reception area along with water . Super helpful staff who treat you like you are friends. A really lovely place to stay .

Whilst it’s location is fab , this also caused problems of a lot of noise at night ( if you have a room looking out onto the street ) if you open the window to get some fresh air in . This would not be a problem if you are not staying there when it’s hot ( it was 28-30 degrees when we stayed ) . However once the windows are shut this does completely block out all the noise from the street , but left the room unbearably stuffy and warm ..

Charming little hotel on the best spot in Maastricht

Fantastic location, just few meters from the Vrijthof square, quirky and stylishly decorated rooms, our room (1) was on the basic floor and had a small private outside space with a little table and chairs. Ideal for taking the morning coffee, made by the Nespresso coffeemaker in the room. We checked in after the closing hours of the reception and were given good and clear instructions on how to enter the property by the host through the booking.com message forum. For our next visit to Maastricht we will deferentially try to stay at this place again.

It's an old building and the rooms are not as soundproofed as new-builds.

A lovely room and a very warm and accommodating host.

Marcel was a wonderful host and went out of his way to accommodate us. He changed our room to a lower floor since my husband had some nerve pain in his leg and he also did a load of laundry for us.

Perfect stay in Maastricht

Marcel gave us a warm welcome with full tourist information added. We felt at home and it was lovely waking up in the morning hearing birdsong only 2 mins walk from Vrijthof Square. Would highly recommend this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable.

the location was excellent so close to everything and Marcel and staff were so helpful. Marcel gave us a really informative introduction to the area and what to see

it was a little difficult there wasn’t a lift as my partner uses a walking stick However managed well in the end and Marcel took our bags up so it was fine.

A fantastic, customer-friendly experience with an owner (Marcel) who cannot do enough for guests. The decor is very stylish, central location and you get a wonderful breakfast in bed!
