Fabulous hotel in great location
Fabulous hotel in a great location just a few mins walk from Maastricht Central Station. All staff were very friendly, especially Elton in the Founders Bar, he was a star!
The only minor point I would say is that the clothes iron was very poor. Maybe an iron with steam facility would be more appropriate for such a lovely hotel

Best hotel I've ever stayed
Everything, it was my first birthday solo and i got a beautiful room a handwritten note (with my complicated name spelled correctly) balloons and some sweets. The staff were all kind and friendly, the room was clean quiet warm and comfortable. It was the best stay I've ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was also amazing.

Excellent location close to both the train station and the town centre Spotlessly clean and spacious room and comfortable bed Large bathtub and walk-in shower Friendly, helpful and professional reception staff upon arrival and departure Stylish and contemporary interior design
Lighting in the room could have been better, in particular around the mirror in the bedroom Temperature of the room could not be regulated (it was ideal for sleeping but a little too cold the rest of the time)

This property was beautifully appointed - the rooms felt luxurious and homely - a pleasure to be in.
All aspects of the property was great - my only issue is the coffee is deplorable - the restaurant within - the food was great but to get a good coffee u have to leave the hotel so not point having a breakfast there - the coffee was looked like dishwashing liquid - everything else perfect

Beautiful hotel, perfect for a romantic weekend
Amazing and beautiful hotel with great staff and services, beautiful rooms and superb a la carte breakfast in a Michelin guide's restaurant downstairs. Location is great, it is in walking distance both to the city center and the central train station, in a more peaceful area but still with some great restaurants and nice shops around.

An excellent boutique hotel very close to Maastricht's historical sights. We will be back.
Breakfast was excellent but a bit pricey. Location was perfect. The mattress and the pillows (you have several to choose from depending on how firm or fluffy your preference). The room was immaculate. Bart, at the concierge, was kind enough to attend to us promptly and professionally, even to the extent of showing how to get to the parking lot. The parking lot was 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel, was security card access-protected and had ample space for a big car like ours. The property is a corner building and is a 5-minute walk to the old town via the famous St. Servatius Bridge.
The towels didn't smell that fresh, a bit musty, maybe from storage. Our in-room safe didn't work upon our check-in and didn't get fixed until 11:00 am of the following day. We had a few items that we needed to be in a secure place so we ended up up bringing them with us during our first night of sightseeing. I wish the hotel will ensure that the amenities within the room are checked before allowing guests in.
