We liked the attitude of the hotel staff, they were very nice and friendly and made us feel welcomed. The location of this hotel is VERY convenient if you want to explore Maastricht. We stayed for 3 nights and did a lot of things, even went to Monshau for a day. The design of the hotel and rooms is very stylish and it looked clean and expensive. It was very clean and tidy. The room had even steamer and Dyson hairdryer. In our room called "Jack" there was amazing bathtub, where 2 people fit easily.
Some advice
Sleeping in hotel is only good if you have responsible neighbours. If you have someone who feels like watching TV and talking at 2 AM ..well.. you are unlucky! Take earplugs. The noises travel well in that place. From hallway, or from behind the wall or floor.. First night I was unable to sleep well, nights after this was good because other people checked in.
Also blanket was too hot for this weather already. First half of the night you struggle because getting hot and sweaty, the second half of the night it got cooler so it was better.
Pillows are big. Even the smallest pillow is big for me, if you prefer sleeping on a memory foam pillow which is quite thin - take your own pillow to the hotel, I no am not joking.
Parking.. Yes it's nice and convenient to park at the hotel, but..If you are traveling alone and have a big car - good luck driving into that little gate and not hitting a wall :) I had to get out and navigate my partner so he can actually get into the tunnel without issues. He is an experienced driver, and our car is quite small.. So.. keep that in mind.
In the room the toilet has a glass wall and door and provides very little privacy - you can hear everything going on in there.. Not great. Design-vice pretty but not handy. There is a toilet at hotel's hallway which was used a lot because of it.
The main thing I disliked was the breakfast. Honestly, this was the most disappointing breakfast that I've ever had at the hotel. Not because it was poorly made, it was not the case - I guess I was disappointied because of lack of options. Whenever I choose a hotel that have "Exceptional breakfast" it usually means a range of choices, like a buffet. So perhaps because I had this expectation, I was so disappointed.
Here, what happens is - you sit down, get asked if what drink you'd like, and then you get 2 small bowls of youghurt, muesli and few berries. I have lactose intolerance, but it's fine - I can take lactase pill.. But the oats are not good for me, so I got an upset stomach because of it later on. I did forget because usually I don't eat oats, but here was no choice so I decided to give it a go. Next, you are asked if you would like an egg (one egg by default) - scrambled, sunny side or else - and you get this weird 3 level plate thing with bread + 2 croissants on the bottom, 2 slices of ham of 2 sorts, few cheese slices (3 sorts), and on top level - hagelslag, piece of butter, jam and peanut butter. And this was it.
First morning we were told if we like more of something we can ask for it - so we did get extra croissant each and some more of ham (one sort, the other one was not nice at all).
Yes we were full, but later on we had to have a lunch. Usually with buffet breakfast, we eat in the morning and next time - only in the evening, but it was not possible this time.
Next morning I hoped breakfast will be different, but no - it was the same :) And the next morning too. Actually, when I asked for 2 eggs and my partner did not - he got such a microscopic portion of omelette, I was laughing, it was comical how little that was - like a tablespoon of omelette in the middle of a plate :D
But since he had my bowl of oats too after the first day, he was full.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the centre of town with a luxury and relaxing treatment by the host. A glass of bubbles at arrival and a very beautiful room with a cozy comfortable bed. Good tips for visiting town and a Michelin star restaurant around the corner. We would stay here again upon our next visit. Highly recommended!
