I was disappointed.

The staff, they wouldn’t help me when I arrived at 1am in the morning. I wanted to pay on the card that was on file but the card was having issues because I didn’t let my bank know I was traveling so the bank thought someone was trying to use my card. So they put a hold on the card to be released the next day. I explained this to the staff to check me in and I will come back in the morning to pay when the bank releases the fund but he refused and said no. I ended up using my credit card which I didn’t want to use. Also, this was my second time to stay at this hotel. I was very disappointed with the staff. The suites also looked like a regular room and the Sauna was not working. Our room was also not clean

Nice getaway

Location was perfect for me, as I first wanted to visit the city and the day after needed to catch a plane in Maastricht Airport. 😇 Nice big rooms, good bed.

Very Impressed

Everything from checking in to checking out was wonderful. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and the lovely view an added bonus. The buffet breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice to suit all, even for a vegetarian like me! We also enjoyed tasty dinners and, as with our breakfasts, ate on the terrace, whilst being entertained by flocks of wild ducks! The hotel hygiene is first class and the staff friendly and informative. We will return!

I'm not keen on the new name given to the hotel. I just think that the Select Apple was much more catchy than The Garner. That's just my personal opinion and my only dislike if you like!

Great find in Maastricht!

Room was spotless and reasonably well furnished and a good size. I was lucky to get a room with a view of the lake, good pressure in the shower, and a bathtub. Travelled in the middle of a heatwave, but aircon worked. Being able to open windows was a bonus as I don't like sleeping with aircon on. Staff really friendly and everyone from the reception to bar staff and cleaning staff were pleasant and engaging. Also able to hire bikes for hotel which was handy. Overall a great stay!

Great hotel, excellent service and good location.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff. The on site bar/restaurant was great for the evenings we didn't want to venture out. Free parking just by the side of the hotel which was a pleasant surprise. Nice steady 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Maastricht, no need to drive in or take taxi's.

The staff it's absolutely fantastic, always finding a way to help in everything that you need. The rooms are comfortable and with and amazing view. The breakfast tasty and with a lot of options. The location it's great cause it's peacefully but at the same time you have the bus in the corner that leaves you to the city centre.

The reception & restaurant staff are discriminatory The restaurant also does not have capacity to take care of guests . For the 2days we were unable to have dinner as we were told it is fully booked ???
