Clean, functional.
Location was a bit out of the centre , though there was a bus stop at 5 minutes walk.
Breakfast was mediocre, and not value for money at 19.50.
I once asked the reception staff at 0600 for a coffee ( since the kettle in the room did not work), when he gave me short shrift “ no coffee at all”. The previous 2 night the night porter was very accommodating .

The location is a little bit far from downtown but you can easily take a bus
