Nice location but could be cleaner and could provide breakfast at more reasonable hours

The property is in a very central location

The room was not very clean and there was not elevator (not even specified on booking) therefore was very hard to bring up two floors two very heavy 20kg luggages up very narrow stairs. Moreover the breakfast was available only from a la carte from 9 to 11.30 that was very disappointing as I was traveling for work so I couldn’t even have breakfast before attending my conference at 8 am despite I paid for it

Small rooms needed a bedside table, only had one pouf. Perfect for one person tight for two. Steep stairs like many properties in holland.

Location was great, very central. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room had air con.

Overpowering smell of rotten drains in bathroom. Brown stains on curtains TV didn’t work Nowhere to put suitcase apart from floor Guest set off fire alarm at 2am. All guests had to leave building. No staff on site. Random guy on bike stopped and phoned owner. Health and safety?????

A perfect base within walking distance of Andre Reiu concert/city centre

5 mins walk from the train station. The room was fitted with a comfy bed, newly refurbished shower room and Nespresso machine. Complimentary sparkling or still water from a dispenser was a nice touch, Staff were very friendly. Although no air con, a large fan was supplied

Not a big issue for us but the furniture was basic, with only 2 coat hangers , Very steep stairs due to age of the building which may cause some people an issue.

Great location, simple but can use a bit more care

location is perfect if you’re without a car. and the fact that they have a restaurant bar downstairs makes it even better.

I liked that they tried to keep things simple but maybe they took it too extreme. there were no extra pillows or toilet papers. we realized that there wasn’t even one roll of extra toilet papers around midnight, when we ran out of it and there was noone to request it from. Also the pillows were too small and soft and I needed one more, but there was none, also noone to ask from

A very enjoyable short stay

Beautifully located halfway between the station and the town. A cosy, friendly pub/restaurant which also offers very good food.

The steep stairs to upper floors might be a challenge for some (not for me, fortunately) but this is an older building and that's how they are.

The staff was super friendly and spoke perfect English, they were really helpful and welcoming, the food was excellent and I the view was overlooking the street with the Christmas tree which was really a good bonus

Great place.

Loved the location - just a few minutes from the central station. The room was quite spacious, very clean and cozy with free toiletries, coffee, fridge, tea, etc. Really nice staff. There was a terrace to have some drinks on. The food in the restaurant was great too btw.

Only downside was the noise at night from the restaurant below.
