Door locked when we arrived - staff slow to respond to buzzer requesting access. Electronic check-in did not work so had to call staff who checked us in manually. Staff were slow to respond - so check in was pretty anxiety -inducing.

A vibey retro hotel in a great location .

A very well-located hotel. the self-service reception works very smoothly and efficiently. I loved the retro decor and vibe of the hotel.

I stayed in room 3, which was very dark, and the staff relaxation area was right outside my window. The noises from the room above woke me up at night. But really did not impact my stay.

Unique place to stay... Lovely old room with a modern twist. Loved the subtle 80s theme.

The location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I liked the fact it felt individual with it's own retro style that sometimes the chain hotels don't have.

Good location in town centre. Although self check-in, friendly staff only a phone call away. Nice facilities for chilling/drinks/relaxing in hotel lobby/lounge area & nice touch with garden area. Liked the high desk & bar chair in room for working. Paid parking available directly in front of hotel.

Breakfast a little basic but ok. Parking in front of hotel, although convenient, is expensive if you arrive early.

The Hotel was very nice and very kind personnel. The only negative was that at Booking it says that I booked a Double bed... But there were two twin beds together. The groove in between the 2 mattresses was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, situated near all the exciting attractions and at an affordable price. However, the room didn't quite match the picture I saw on booking.com but it had its own unique charm.

The room temperature. It seemed like the heaters were on a mission to keep the room at a toasty 23 degrees Celsius, even when I opened the windows to let in some fresh air. It became a comical battle of trying to find the right balance between warmth and coolness.
