Super small room, and you can hear water splashing and toilets usage of upper and neighboring rooms.

Good place to stay for a few days

Excellent location, 3 bed room not too large but acceptable. Happy to receive a room opening to back side, very quiet. Private bathroom is a (non transparent) glass box in the corner of the room. Very kind personal.

Amazing staff and location in historical city of Maastricht

Hotel is near underground parking lot, really close to river so if you will pay some extra you can get nice view. Also hotel located to old ruins of city’s defensive wall from Middle Ages and other historic objects so every walk is fantastic. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful taking care of everything. We were staying with our dog so there was no problem with this. There is elevator so dog can go up easy. Next to hotel is good park to walk with the dog.

We had balcony, but the door was locked, I asked for the key but staff refused to give it to me. It was difficult to breathe inside the room, air conditioning system was working poorly. The equipment of the room was uncomfortable, it was not possible to connect my device to TV. Furniture were very small and it was difficult to leave you stuff.

Basic but a good base for town

Love the cleanliness and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and always with a smile Great place to be, for shopping, drinking and eating

Not having tea/ coffee facilities in your room. Refreshments were situated in reception. Tea was free, You had to pay for the coffee. It was bean to cup, though, and fairly priced

Room was small (three person room fully occupied), toilet didn’t allow sufficient privacy, no windows, noise from reception area. Frankly I think we had a bit of bad luck with the room (0.02).

Excellent room for a short stay

Very nice room, minimalist but perfect for 2 days stay. Room was clean, quiet and we'll located to reach easily anywhere in the town centre. Beds are very comfortable, but pillows are big and not very soft (not an issue for me as I sleep without pillow most of the time). Overall, all 3 of us had a good sleep.

Small drawback was that there was no space to put your clothes. We had to keep them all in the luggage. For us it was fine as we stayed only 2 days, but it may be inconvenient for a longer stay.

I really liked the view and being able to get to all monuments and museums within a fifteen minute walk.

The location. A view over the river Maas and the old bridge. Really close to all kinds of restaurants and monuments. Excellent location!

Great location, confortable and clean

This is a great option for a simple hotel in Maastricht. Very well located with views over the river and with lots of restaurants and the main old quarter right on the doorstep. Very clean, well presented, comfortable (small) room. Good linens and towels. Good lighting, USB power points, a little desk. Everything you need with no frills. Great value and much better than some similar hotels I've stayed at

Very well-located. In the very city centre. Good views on the river. Comfortable room. Staff helping.

It would be great to have some more space where to leave stuff (cupboard, bigger table, bed tables...) even in the toilet. Windows did not isolate from outside, noise and temperature. To make a cup on tea, shall go downstairs in reception and pay. Even though, highly recommended.

Fantastic location and fair prices (at least when we booked)

The check-in manager was extremely competent, helpful and available. There was a power plug where I could recharge my electric motorcycle. No breakfast onsite, but there were plenty of possibilities to have the breakfast in town.

Comfortable beds,friendly staff: They let us check in before 15:00 without having to pay any extra. They allowed us to leave our luggage-after we checked out- in a safe for free as well.

No balcony in our room so we couldn't enjoy the view on the river appropriately.

as far as budget hotels go, this is the best value for money bar none. Flawless in their offering. Location is second to none. Bed is above average, bed linen is top. Room is above average. Special mention to reception. OUTSTANDING. Receptionists are top notch, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Better than in many 5 star hotels.

pillows are rubbish:( room floors cleanliness would benefit from an upgrade. Showers would benefit from more water pressure and fixed ceiling rain shower heads. But overall it is really difficult to find flaws with this hotel. Their advantages far outstrip any minor areas for improvement.
