Bedding was super comfortable. Had nice sleep.

Office was far from the property. One has to walk half mile to check in and then come back to hotel location. Staff was arrogant. Bathroom was clogged and never resolved. We have to go to other room for taking bath. Portable AC right next to bed wasn't a good experience. It was making lot of noise. Never expected a portable AC in hotel room. Overall it's a waste of money. All facilities like breakfast area, pool etc were half mile away like one has to go to public library.

Worse stay ever!

Maybe location was ok. But there are much better hotels and places for the same price in much more better locations, with nicer facilities. Not worth for what you receive.

The room was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place was nothing like the photos. The shower was broken, the walls were dirty, the floor was damaged, and there was a constant humidity smell that made it feel unclean. Worst of all, there was a loud alarm noise that rang nonstop, day and night, making it impossible to sleep. The laundry facility was out of order, even though it was advertised as available. But the real nightmare was the staff. I clearly told the front desk I wanted to pay for two nights of parking, since I wasn’t sure about the third. They only charged me for one, without telling me, and the next day my car got towed. I had to pay over $220 to get it back. When I confronted them, they offered no help, no apology, and took zero responsibility. They blamed me for their own mistake. This hotel is a scam, with dishonest staff and horrible service. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do not book here... it’s not worth the risk! There are other hotels, with better prices and better locations!

Location is great! Good value considering how close to the beach.

"Has been" resort community. Their properties are OK but could use better maintenance. Breakfast was a few blocks away at one of their 23 properties. Parking is horrible and expensive.

It was not what I expected.

It was in an ok location. The parking wasn’t the greatest nor was the fact that you had to pay for it.

It was dated and looked a lot better in pictures. The pools and the breakfast were not in the same vicinity as our motel so we skipped those amenities. This made the price I paid for one night a bit too much.

Overall- it was alright /Meh could be better.

I enjoyed the property's proximity to the beach, which made it convenient for leisurely walks and enjoying the ocean. Having a fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator was very convenient, allowing me to prepare meals and store groceries easily. The spacious living room provided a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day outdoors.

New management - No longer have beach chairs or kitchen utensils during my stay, I found the property grounds to be unkept, and the room was in need of a refresh as the walls were dirty. Additionally, kitchen utensils were missing and some furniture was broken or missing altogether. These issues significantly impacted my experience. Free breakfast hours are inconvenient from 8 am to 9:00 am / Parking was extra $20 per day.

My stay was the worse experience I've had while visiting Florida.

The breakfast was horrible and so was the staff. They house keeping are thieves. I left a pair of Christian Dior sneakers and a brand new hookah in my room and the staff stole it out of my room. I went to the front desk and they seem like they were covering things up for one another. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER EVER

Staff was extremely rude. They don’t understand that people pay to stay there and expect good customer service. Rooms are dirty, we had roaches in ours . I wouldn’t recommend to stay there !

The hotel reservation was made based on the fraudulent description of the property provided to me by booking.com. The listing can be found on the booking.com website https://www.booking.com/hotel/us/the-delmar.html?aid=2306727&label=postbooking_confemail;pbsource=conf_email_hotel_name The Listing for this Property States that The Delmar included, none of which are present at the location of The Delmar at the address mentioned in the booking. When asked about the abundant missing features described in the Booking.com listing, the hotel's response is that their parent company owns 21 properties in Hollywood, and we could use the amenities for any of the properties. Their listing did not state that the Amenities mentioned in the add were located in different properties and that you would need to walk to different properties to access then, in addition they did not provide an actual listing of hotels, when I specifically brought up where was a hotel with a pool, they pointed out an small apartment complex next door with a small pool which is not what was advertised on their website. In addition to the issues regarding fraudulent claims of amenities available at the property we booked compared to listing. There are also sanitary concerns in the unit including visible bugs in the unit, mold in the restroom, recreational drug use by other patrons, and severe lack of security controls at the property. 1. the property is ok as well as some of the staff however we are experiencing some discriminatory situation. housekeeping is the most respectful however we have been here for over 3 months and the behavior of management is bias
