Super room and wonderful location in a small community that opens up to heavy population if you want it.

Proximity to the beach.

Light on table didn't work in the bedroom. Fan Made noise in the bedroom. Bedroom was very dark above white but the fan is was very dim.

Quick couple getaway.

I liked the fact that the room was clean and I'm picky about the bed(being comfortable).The mattress was not old and worn out so very satisfied with that.The ac was working great witch is a great thing being that outside is boiling.The front staff (both ladies) were very proficient And proffecional even when they had rude Customers before my interaction upon check in and check out.Great place if all you want is a clean place to shower change eat something and sleep!

Obviously u cant control the type of people also stay in the location.Just be alert to your surroundings(always).Would like to maybe see some form or security just as a presence just making some rounds through out the property.other than that no issues at all.

Disappointed

The property was ok to stay one night.

The property was very noisy from street cars and from the people staying in the hotel. We could not get any rest since people were swearing and taking very dirty language. I felt unsafe at one point. Very disappointed and will not return back for sure. Families avoid this hotel!

budget minded place for the adventurous traveler

location is great for the broad walk

dated/old. bathroom door was at one point smashed in. poor patch job /repair. the AC unit is window type permanent mounted through the wall. didn’t work, other than to make a lot of noise. ceiling fan didn’t work. deadbolt on the front door didn’t lock. we had to put a chair in front of the door. to feel slightly secure. windows had no locking mechanism. place was visually clean, dated circa 1970-80’s.

Worth Every Dollar

I’m not gonna lie I was sketched out of how cheap this hotel was . It was so much cleaner then a Econo lodge or a days inn. Not dirty at all, close to the beach, has a shop in the lobby, good free breakfast. I really was impressed I thought it was going to be filthy based off the price . The bed was comfier then the bed at the Hilton Resort . I highly recommend.

The Beach

Bate and switch initial Pictures were of a beautiful place steps from the beach (literally on the beach) we arrived and they gave us a completely different location. The service was nonexistent. They should not be allowed on booking.com I use this app for years and 95 Percent of the time it works out great; this place was sub standard. More over, I paid close to 2500 for this stay and I was gravely dissatisfied. They were not even nice to the guest; for example, a lady's car got towed and she explained she arrived late the night before the tow company said she had to have the hotel call them and the issue would be resolved they would bring her car back they refused her. What a way to start a vacation!!!

Disaster!!

The bed was the most comfortable beds I ever slept in.

There isn't enough space for dislikes. The walls were filthy, the toilet around the bottom was horrible! The fridge was clean inside but the outside was so dirty. I guess you get what you pay for 49.00 a night.

There was a family staying next door to me whom had littered the front patio, just throwing their trash out their front door not into a can. And allowed their dog, which they weren't supposed to have in their room, to go poop right outside their door. Most of the guests there smoked cigarettes so it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I wish they would not allow smoking right in the patio area because I couldn't enjoy the patio

Oh, no designated parking either. Our car was towed! Terrible experience!

The only redeeming factor of this property is its proximity to the beach.

From check in to check out, the experience was horrible. Over 2 hours to check in. Had to stand a line that wrapped around the building. The accommodations were dingy at best and included a kitchenette. There were no plates and two mismatched cups. The freezer was cold but had no ice trays. There were water stains on the baseboards in the bathroom.

The staff member who served me was very nice. And helpful.

A staff member in the office was arguing with costumer . He was loud and impatient. Both individuals were arguing back and forth. The problem was never resolved.

Two of the front desk clerks eventually tried to accommodate the best they can, but it was too late. Other than that nothing. FYI the hotels is not exactly on the beach front, but when you walk about a block over to really see the beach or should I say board walk

Please do not book here if you're coming for vacation. It's nothing like what you see online. Also they have 12 facilities and when we came to check-in there was people standing out the door waiting to be checked-in. They do not give you what you reserved, they give what's available if anything is available when you get there. I was told it's a first come first given basis when it comes to the rooms. There was fruit flies flying through out the hotel all day and night. Complained about it and they had no other room to accommodate us. There was dirty mattress outside at least two of the the hotels and every hotel has garbage stinking and overflowing on the side of the building.

Superb

We had the pleasure of staying in a corner unit..1401..at the Oceanside Resort right on Surf road. The room was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Surprisingly, we were able to find parking on property. It was a busy sunny weekend and the beach was packed. Overall, a great stay and will return.

We didn't receive room as reserved on picture and confirmation. Room given had plumbing issues. Bathroom got flooded from sink leaking. Ceiling on bedroom was showing unfinished work. Blue tape in main door with written " plumbing complete " upon arrival. This was not the case as previously stated.
