Great location, but the lack of cleanliness, heating, and soundproofing made the stay very uncomfortable.

The location was excellent and very convenient. Check-in was easy and the exterior looked modern.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was extremely poor. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms — snoring, conversations, and TV noise as if it was inside my room. The floors were dirty; I walked a little in white socks and they immediately became black. There were no proper blankets, and it was very cold at night. The heater did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. The TV remote also didn’t work because the batteries were dead.

Showed up early and wasn't able to check into my room until 4 o'clock exactly the unit lock accepted the code

The location was great one block back from the boardwalk and it was very cozy and provided all amenities several silverware several dishes, etc.

There was no front desk . It was set up like a Airbnb with punch code boxes everything was done through apps and I personally have moved away from Airbnb style facilities with bad experiences for not having a front desk situation parking was an issue as well limited space and a additional charge upon arrival

Could be a good deal

Great location.

The only negatives were the walls are paper thin so it's very noisy, TV is basically useless in the location, and the few days I stayed, the weather was very cold so the room was freezing.

We asked for comforter and clean towels and room cleaned - no service was done. On our firs day entered folks next door were smoking marijuana and the smell went into our room. Horrible

Needs a big improvement

A nice room with a comfortable bed has a lot of space and is very close to the beach

You have to pay for parking or they will tow your car and you don't get to choose if you want to pay just for a night or two you have to pay the full fee and its 20 dollars a night if you have a hotel why should you have to pay extra for parking at a place you already spent a good amount of money to stay a couple of days and they don't accommodate you with nothing extra you have to bring your own supplies

Ideal location for Hollywood Beach

No staff at the property. All contact was via message or email. This became a problem when trying to pay for car parking, the app that they have set up did not work. Despite trying to use it on three devices we had to call the help number. This was answered by a pre recorded message! Eventually, the problem was solved after a lengthy email conversation. If there was someone on site this could all be avoided. Not a good start to the stay. Although the apartment was self catering, there was no cutlery and no kettle, but there was a microwave, toaster and fridge!

The reason for our visit was to relax and enjoy the beech. That was accomplished, and more!

Nice beach a few meters away

No staff available, we arrived after 6pm so no parking pass could be applied for. Rooms were noisy, paper thin walls, we could „enjoy“ the fights and music in the neighbouring room, as well as cooking odours (fish…) Room was dirty (stains on bedsheets, hairs and dust on the ground) . Toilet was defect…we booked for 3 nights, cancelled our stay after the first night.

This property is very overpriced and not properly managed. I booked the place through booking but never received any information on parking etc, there was no staff on site only on the phone. When I parked my car on the hotel parking area it was towed the next morning. Upon calling the hotel staff they refused to provide any help in this manner. I advice everyone to stay away from this hotel.

The location is excellent.

The description stated bbq on premise and there was none. Also no paper towel or hand soap was left on the bathroom (only 1 tiny bath wash, shampoo and conditioner) the mattress is this room is really bad and thin. Not very comfortable sleep.

The location is very close to the beach and Broadwalk. The renovations were nice.

We never saw a staff member while we stayed so I cannot comment on the staff. It would be nice if they provided beach chairs for guests to use. We asked if they could hold our luggage and was told it was not possible. We found out later that there is a business at end of Cleveland Street that will hold luggage for a fee.

ac was not controllable and the 2nd bed was supposed to be a full and it was a twin that was a broken roll away bed property is older and needs some work the windows didn't have room darkening shades so the porch light was on all night and light up the room never dark to sleep

Great location helpful staff

The staff, including owner, are very friendly and helpful. They have looked out us for years. Sadly, they might be selling but they say the prospective new owners are very friendly. Only time will tell how this works out.

Great Customer Service/Value

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I requested an early check-in with free parking and it was granted. I asked for 1 hour extra to check out and it was granted which was a tremendous help transferring from one property to another . I LOVE the courtyard area/so peace. Enjoyed the FREE bike and took a ride on the boardwalk. Will definitely be back! Thanks Luis and Josie!

Couldn't ask for better location. Nostalgic Florida decor, which keeps price lower for the location..Pillows were great.Staff was great, kind and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

TVs weren't programmed to fit the screen. TV in open area should be larger and on a better stand. I should have been able to park in front of the room.
