Location great.

The location was the best. The breakfast did have a lot to choose from but it was a 2 blocks away and the window time was short for the amount of ppl coming an going.

The wait time checking in it took too long, when I did get to my room the key card didn’t work so I had to go back and wait again. Had to have deposit for beach towels, pots n pans. Had to pay for ice. The pools are scattered all over the property they maintain. Breakfast ladies working was rude with their comments and attitudes

Location was right off the strip. They allowed early and late checkout. The room a small kitchen but you need to borrow cooking supplies from the front desk.

A very disappointing, overpriced property at a great location. Shame.

The location was very good - super sea view and a lively Boardwalk outside the front door. Basic facilities available for cooking - pots, crockery and cutlery came later. Good bathroom with toiletries and hand/bath towels available. A comfortable decent sized bed.

Cramped living/sleeping area. A lack of space around the sink/cooking section. Inadequate external dining/seating area squeezed into a makeshift "terrace". Inadequate indoor dining/seating area. Listed item not available - safety deposit box, tile/marble flooring, additional toilet, electric kettle, tumble dryer. The "so-called inclusive" breakfast consisted of bagels and coffee - I did not bother. Overpriced premises. Poor value for money.

The stay wasn’t as expected, too expensive for what you’re actually getting, I’d recommend saving the money to go to mar

The room wasn’t as described, the rooms shown in the photos is not what you will be getting, so don’t expect it to, we went to grab 2 towels 2 hours before check out, the staff said they would bring it to our room in a couple of minutes, fast forward to check out time, we had no towels to take a shower with.

I always stay at an HBH hotel when visiting Hollywood Beach.

All the HBH properties are steps away from the beach. They have all been charming and comfortable. The parking rate of $18 is very reasonable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at which has been $30 a day. The staff is always accommodating as possible and friendly and helpful. HBH is one of the reasons I love Hollywood Beach.

Nothing!! To find the Office/Check-in was a nightmare!! The room had no cups, coffee, ice, etc. Horrible!! I was told I had to buy ice!! Not good!! Also, try and find the FREE breakfast area. What a mess!! The only plus was that it was on the beach walk!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Oh yes, and, the parking fee of $19.00 was not optional, only if you wanted to have your car towed!! WOW!! What a ripoff!!!

Disaster. Didn't get the room I reserved with sea view. They moved me to another hotel to a room in

The room I reserved not available. Paid for sea view and terrace and I got a different room at another hotel. Checking process took forever. Hard to find a parking spot. At 9:30am housekeeping started opening my door while I was still there! It happened 3 times in one hour. They kept saying that the office told them I left already.

Disgusting entry way - at least put some shutters around the window and plant some flowers In the mini kitchen area there were no pots or pans, no forks and knives, no cups ...NO COFFEE!!! The TV had a entry code and was difficult to understand - leave some instructions and channel guide please. The lobby staff were three angry looking men.

Disappointing

I liked the location because I can see the ocean from the windows and just outside the door there is the walkway around the beach.

1. There was no phone to contact the reception of the hotel. 2. The walls from the top have humidity and probably fungus. 3. The electric stove was not working and always showing an error message. 4. There was no kitchen wear or Catherine or any of the items stated it. Was there? The kitchen was empty. 5. The blinds were very old and not functioning properly.

The check in was a nightmare! The office is not on site it's in a different location and was hard to find. It took 2 hours to check in because they seem to have bit off more than they can chew. The room smells like must. There are no cups or glasses and if you want any you need to sign a waiver for a whole set. I don't believe there is a ocean view. Our entrance was in a dark ally.....very sketchy

We really liked the location and the staff.

The room was badl. UNABLE to open and close the door every time. My back hurts after using it. The room is moist, just wet. The floors was very dirty and oily. The whole room smelled really bad as well as refrigerator. The shower was not functional , the water did not go away for 20 mins and ran down to the bedroom. But the Staff was really nice and changed the room for us next day. Thank you.

I didn't like it at all

The picture above is nothing close to what I saw,that building is super old,I booked a month early a double studio delux with balcony and ocean front,but I didn't get that, Sadly they said they don't have it, so disappointing ,and 1st they gave me a room which was very old building,and then they changed it to one in the back with no balcony ,and smalker then what i paid for with no furniture ,it was not delux studio, Not happy at all
