    Perfect location for a budget traveling. Build like a studio apartment kitchenette w/full size appliances. Located on beach ! Computer/Convenience store in office. Continental Breakfast included! Laundry room on site ! Keep extra cash on card for on-site fees + parking fees(worth it due to strict beach local parking regulations) + $100 incidental fee returned immediately upon check out ! Perfect for a quick trip ! Walking distance to corner store with a mom & pop Thai restaurant (a hidden gem) food cooked by Thailand natives 20 mins to Publix 25 mins to Airport + traffic 30 mins to hospital Perfect for budget travel solo , couple w/o small group

    Rooms are super clean and bed was comfy. Be prepared to pay for parking and extra fee.

    I booked online and paid including the tax and fees part which was $52, and I was expecting I shouldn’t pay anything else when I check in except the $100 deposit and the parking fees, but the check in staff insisted on charging me another $52 tax and fees again even tjos I showed the confirmation invoice that shows that. They told me it must paid here and I have to contact where I booked it and get a refund.
