Location

It was dirty, dark, lacking appropriate lighting, the facilities listed on your Booking.com website were not actually in the facility. Instead of the king bed and sofa bed, there was a king bed and two chairs. Made it difficult and complicated. Housekeeping was nonexistent, the manager seemed nice.

Had only one night to stay , booked due to the location proximity to the beach . Long travel times , we got in at 5 , st

It was very close to the beach . Which we did not enjoy because the check in took so long , over an hr , and it got dat already .

Unacceptable check in times , over 90 min in line to check in . Long line in a small office . The place is run down , the floors are loose , no isolation , we could hear people speaking next door .

The location

The fact that the listing for the room said there was 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. There was no pull out sofa. I booked this room for the party of six I was with. So when we arrived, there was no place for the 3rd couple to sleep and last minute they had to book a different nearby hotel. Very disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean.

The area wasn't comfortable at night, too many people walking around and the office is hard to find. It is in a whole other building than the rooms. Then breakfast is in another building. So for us too many different buildings to walk outside to.

they asked me to wait outside until my reservation arrives to them because they don't allow to wait inside even been very hot outside room was vert dirty, looks like they have a goal to make it become like that they charge you the parking i forgot my charger of computer there, and of course nobody found it by the phone they are very mean

The staff was extremely rude. The breakfast attendant let about 5 people in no problem and then stopped my mother and I and asked for our room key in order to get their “complimentary breakfast” which was crammed into the tiniest room possible anyway. We ended up not eating at the hotel because of how we were treated. Too many cars for parking spots and you pay extra for them as it is. Parking has extremely tight spaces.

Location was awesome cause it’s so close to the beach.

Thin walls, heard everything from next room all night. Rusty toaster and stove. Hole in the door that led to balcony that wasn’t accessible. No railing in shower. $100 deposit should be informed up front.

Location, walking distance to the beach. Complimentary cold water in the office and breakfast.

Kitchen supplies only for two people. Small pan and a pot without covers. No cooking knife. If you plan to cook, rent an apartment with full kitchen supplies. The grill right outside unit was not working. Staff tried to fix, but could not. Plus, we were given wrong room at checking and had to switch.

AWESOME location and a great value for the money!

On the beach - literally 20' away. Staff are helpful. BUT, it a Canadian retreat - there are a lot of Canucks here. A lot of French is spoken, and they can be rude by American standards from time to time. The staff get fed up with it as well, and can be rude as a consequence - nothing a tip can't fix (Canadians DO NOT tip). Overall I would rate it 8 of 10 stars. A great value for the location.

when we arrived it turned out that we had to pay for parking. there was dirt under the bed, the floor was also stuck. there were no dining sets in the kitchen. we had to go through for a box that contained basic things. this is the saddest. in an apartment equipped with a kitchen, why does the guest have to go through for anything? I was not comforted by the fact that it was written on the wall.

We did not stay here at Sun Beach, we stayed at Neptune as our room was not ready at check in time. The desk is for many hotels so they switched us there.

Our room at Neptune was half updated, half not done. Also check in took a very very long time even with full staff at the desk.

property is pretty run down. staff and checkin a nightmare. and it could so be avoided. they won’t even talk to you until 4:00. and then the line is out the door. and each checkin took forever! computer systems slow?? and although it has a kitchen w/ stove, fridge, coffee pot, it doesn’t have so much as a spoon! not a plate, coffee filter, coffee cup, nothing. The cleaning staff was very nice although we did not have them clean our room. but they gave us fresh towels and tp.

The fact that I got switched to neptune, which is out dated , was not the room that Sun beach advertised, so if your going to book a king , don't expect the Sun beach inn which is nicer than the Neptune

Check in is to late & a nightmare. It took 45 minutes to check in. Check in at 4 & out by 11 gives you less than 20 hours in the room when check in takes almost an hour.

Great hotel, but check in is confusing and free breakfast is hard to find.

The location is wonderful. It is one block from the beach. The room was spacious and quiet.

The room was bright. Even when the drapes were closed and the lights were out, the Air Conditioner has a very bright llight that glows all night. Check in is confusing. You need to walk across Oklahoma Street and a block down to the Hollywood Hotel to check in. There is a sign, but it is completely hidden by a tree. I tried to move it so people could find it, but it was chained in place.

The location is close to the beach and in a quiet one-way street. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable; we really slept well.

The pictures look nicer than the actual property is. Some of the bulbs in the bath and over the kitchenette didn’t work, an intense sanitizer smell was in the air once we entered the building, we could not open the slider to let in the sun and fresh air, rusty spots inside and outside, impossible to open one curtain without the whole thing coming down (we had to put the nails back into the wall to fix it).
