Great pre-cruise stay

Very convenient to the boardwalk, restaurants, beach, and 20 min to Port Everglades. Have off street parking.

The room was clean. The location was great to go to the Riverwalk!

The bathroom had a strange set up with the toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit straight on the seat. The outdoor area around the rooms was run down & wasn't clean.

Horrible experience. Property pictures advertised looks nothing like the rooms. The rooms are dirty. Appliances are old dirty and some rusted. There are blood stains on sheets which is a clear sign of bed bugs. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I still haven’t received my refund for parking or room and I did not stay even 1 night. One room with the couple hours I was there had different people in an out of it. Left with hours due to safety concerns and health concerns. Manager has been ignoring my emails as well as booking.com to refund me DO NOT BOOK. No one in the office when I arrived and had to call many times for someone not on site to answer and say they just arrived. Wouldn’t allow me to upload all pictures

Love the property. This was our second stay. The room was great and we were very pleased.

When we stayed in September we were not charged for parking. This time we were told that parking was an additional $20 per night. When I asked when it changed the person I was speaking to got a little snippy with me. Then when I asked when she would be there for me to take care of it she wasn’t there.

The place was great upon arrival. I came in after the office was closed. But the staff were very communicative and left me with the instructions needed to check in. The room was very clean and it made for a great walk around the area, especially to the beach. I would come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Its great value for money, the manager was so lovely to us and recommended things to do and places to eat. It was clean and comfortable. Just bare in mind that you do have to pay $20 for parking. We didn't mind this at all as parking is very limited on the Hollywood area

Be aware of theft in the accommodation.

The beds were ok, the room was spacious, air con worked fine.

How to start… communication pre arrival was tough as they didn’t respond any messages. Once arrived, we found cockroaches the first night in our room, so they changed our room the next day. My partner’s phone “disappeared” and we got no help at all even though there are cameras in the outdoor area where it was “lost”. So we have to think we had bad luck and they could do nothing… It’s never a good sign to lose something valuable in an accommodation, so be aware!

A/c unit in living room was needing service and the poor quality of sleeper sofa which was reason for selecting the unit. We needed a second sleeping area. Could not sleep on that sofa for the poor mattress and support bars into your back. My caregiver friend ended up just sleeping on the seating area of other regular sofa.

Definitely planning to return with the children and grandkids.

This was like a visit to my youth. Their rooms were immaculate. The beach was 2 minutes away. So were a strip of warm and cosy shops and restaurants.

Everything was fine. No complaints.
