We never stayed here and will never consider staying in the future!

Location! Steps away to the beach.

Upon arrival we were taken aback with the condition of the front lobby area with mattresses standing on end, cluttered area and not particularly clean. We were then informed that the room we booked and paid for in advance was not available due to a renovation inspection not being completed. We were told that they booked us at a sister resort just about 4 blocks away in a comparable unit. I asked why I wasn’t informed before and she stated that they had no contact information for me. Why couldn’t they contact Booking.com? We asked if we should get an Uber (she didn’t offer any transportation) and she stated that it was not too far just on the other side of Margaritaville. Long story short, We walked over a mile on the Broadwalk in the hot sun to Hollywood Beach Tower with 2 suitcases and 2 carryon bags. Needless to say, we were exhausted, sweaty and pissed off upon arrival to the new location.

Beware if problems arise!

Everything started out good. Middle of our stay we had to change rooms bc of time share owners other bookings. Moved from 2nd floor to first floor. This unit had been having plumbing issues. They out us there anyway. Immediately upon moving in (minutes) plumbing issues started. Told not to use one bathroom and no tissue in toilet at all.not happy but ok. Next morning wake up to sewage water flooding entire room, tub over flowing with brown water in both bathrooms. Gross, ruined some of our things, change to 3rd room back upstairs across the street, no elevators, 95 degrees & humid. Basically lost a day of our vacation switching rooms and dealing with issues. We were given 1 night credit...ok but what about our items that were ruined, walking around in raw sewage water, loss of a day. They refused any other compensation. Had they not already known of the issues it might have made a slight difference but they did. Rooms were nice enough, staff was very friendly only complaints are on the way they handled the problems. Also 3rd room had couch pull out for 2nd bed rather than regular bed. Credit for 1 night fair for.having to change rooms multiple times, and maybe bed situation but more should have been done regarding our lost items.

Easy check in and out;

Location was key! Our room 1 block from Broadwalk, but pool was beach side! So relaxing and people watching at its best!

Exceptional

Fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was literally on the beach. I sat out on the balcony and drank my morning coffee as I watched the beach " come to life". Swimming pool was wonderful to dip into after a day on the beach. Food and entertainment all within walking distance. Rooms cute and clean.we will be back.

Covid 19 limited the activities for everyone.
