The rooms or glass do not have great sound proofing. I can hear conversations next door and outside. Also the bathrooms are extremely small Another thing was that I have been vacationing at that hotel for 4-5 years and this time we didn’t have a pan for frying up eggs but the other times we did.

The location, and bathroom was updated. The room was appointed with tissues, basic toiletries and towels.

The floors were wet and slimy in the bathroom, the bed sheets felt wet and visibly stained, futon cushions Were worn and stained, it was extremely loud due to room within feet of tiki bar, and our clothes/luggage smelled of smoke the next day (obvious that rooms are smoked in daily)

SUPER comfy beds & pillows. Clean! Great location on the north end of the bars & restaurants on the Dania beach area. Quiet, 1/2 block off the boardwalk. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Our room (#125) faced the alleyway and next to the open-air racquet courts. Slightly noisy in the morning.

Comfortable, clean room with great amenities. Location is excellent for walking to bars and restaurants - very central. Andy at the front desk provided us with excellent customer service. He even made check-in fun! Great tiki bar with entertainment at night.

The property is centrally located in Hollywood Beach near a ton of bars, restaurants and shopping. They also have a Tiki Bar on site. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a hot water issue and a toilet issue and both issues were resolved within an hour of contacting front desk. The bed was very comfortable and the efficiency worked out great. We were able to cook on our room to save money. The property and rooms are kept very clean and well-maintained.

Our bathroom was small and lacked counter space. Which was only frustrating the 2 times I put on makeup for going out. Also, we were unable to use the pool this time that we stayed, bc we weren’t staying on the side with the pool.

This property doesn’t have a pool. Although when we looked at other properties in the area none of them had pools. They do have a property right next door that offers a pool.

It is decent and close enough to the business of hollywood beach boardwalk and the beach.

Breakfast menu was available but limited on what they had available- Enjoyed a cup of cafe con leche= cuban coffee with milk at the tiki bar- music was great.

Steep steps up to the room.Limited parking provided by premise had to do street meter parking for about $50.00

The property is close to all the restaurants and beach

The last night the air conditioning stop working. I reported it and no one got back to me until today Wednesday 5/29. We couldn't sleep due to the high temperature inside the room. Horrible!

Perfect Location

Location is just perfect! Andy at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Claudia at the tiki bar was very nice too and gave us helpful tips about the area. We were lucky enough to have a room with access to the heated saltwater pool which we enjoyed lots!

Room and bathroom were small but it didn't bother us since we spent most of our time outside!

Great value for money and location of beach, biking and restaurants!

Spacious room and less than 100 meters to beach and promenade, nearby restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and and Tiki bar was nice touch. No major road traffic near hotel or beach and enjoyed biking safely along the promenade.

Glad we had a room away from the Tiki bar that did get busy at night and though didn't wake us would of if close to the bar area.

Nice but a lot of hidden fees

Very nice place, staff was excellent.

They upcharged me to use the pool. No where does it say that the pool is only available for certain rooms. When I asked to use the pool they up charged me $50 per day. Also they up charged me $20 per day for parking.
