Location,
The maintenance in the workmanship or lacking. The beds were pretty wore out. The mattresses need to be replaced.

Location and the Staff (in the lobby area ONLY!)
The bathrooms are filthy, rooms are ok but could be better, kitchen is not what's advertised and my apartment wasn't the one I booked, definitely! First of all They gave me 1 bd apartment, then switched me to another unit with 2 bd but still not the one I reserved.
