Location and the Staff (in the lobby area ONLY!)

The bathrooms are filthy, rooms are ok but could be better, kitchen is not what's advertised and my apartment wasn't the one I booked, definitely! First of all They gave me 1 bd apartment, then switched me to another unit with 2 bd but still not the one I reserved.

Nice place, Great location! Lacks touches to make it excellent, but adequate.

Overall, this place worked well for us. The location is great and the area is nicer than further south. The Oasis (2-bedroom unit) has been nicely renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Linens & towels were available and refreshed appropriately. Some basic amentities/toiletries are provided (all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, ironing board/iron) and the front office has a small store for purchase. The provided pay parking was pretty easy to find and cheaper than street parking (use it because the street parking is enforced!). A continental breakfast is included and consists of drinks, cereals, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and some fruit. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were hangers and room to put your items/ suitcases. Beach towels are available, with an additional deposit, which was very helpful to us.

It just felt that after the nice renovations, management decided to pinch pennies. For example, the included breakfast is a few blocks away, overcrowded for the space with outdoor seating (not covered so worthless in the rain), and hours are very short. You have to fetch kitchenware from the front office and carry it to the unit. The beds were saggy and pillows were only adequate. The unit sleeps 6 people, but there were only 3 chairs provided at the table and only a couch and one chair for relaxing. Small improvements could take this rental to "outstanding": replace mattresses and pillows, provide kitchenware in the unit, add furniture, improve lighting, provide amenities such as coffee/tea and better toiletries. Maintenance needs to seal up exterior holes and window/doors to prevent pests.

There was little to no posting even with paying for a parking pass. The room advertised was a two bedroom unit, we were given a one bed room with two beds in the living room. The staff was rude and there was little to no space for us.

No hot water in first room, mold visible in A/C unit, fan speed stuck on high and it was right beside the bed, hairs visible in bathroom and on towels. Majority of staff was unfriendly. Denied us early check in then handed out keys to people who also wanted to check in early but got there after us.

Mostly, the non-refundable policy was that I ended up losing over $600.00 only because I didn't reserve the right room and ended up paying for two separate rooms and only needed one. I think I should have had the cost of one room refunded, but because of that policy, that was not the case. I also think that particular part stated on the propaganda of (BREAKFAST INCLUDED) is a little overrated because the way I see it is a very poor breakfast and uncomfortable setting for self service.

Bait and Switch thieves

I was put into a different property than the Oasis with nasty trash cans right below my window AC unit. So I got to smell trash and they "didn't have any other rooms". The place was filthy and they force you to sign an agreement saying you can't get your money back for any reason. The staff were the most rude people I have ever met. I travel a lot and I have never been to a worse place. They also charged me more than I was supposed to pay for my booking.

That place was bed bug infestation , my kids was bite like hundreds time in his body. They only switch us to other place. We ask to talk to the manager but was impossible. Not body apologize for the matter. We are looking to take this to court.

Na 2 nachten met gierende banden vertrokken!

De locatie, 1 minuut wandelen van het strand

Het personeel was onbeschoft bij het inchecken. De receptie was een paar huizen verder dan het huisje zelf. Dit was niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Het huisje had onderhoud nodig, buitendeur was kapot, het ging ook niet goed op slot. We voelden ons onveilig, geen deurhaak of iets dergelijks tegen ongenodigde gasten. Grote kier onderkant van de deur, alle ongedierte kan naar binnen. Kamer oogde schoon. De badkamer was een ramp, het was zo smal dat als je op toilet zat je knie tegen de muur kwam. Om de badkamer uit te gaan moest je eerst de deur open doen, naast de toilet staan en dan kon je eruit. Je moest ineens 100 dollar borg betalen voor de kamer en parkeerkosten ter plekke. Ontbijt was niet bij het huisje maar geheel ergens anders. Daar hadden we geen zin in. s'ochtends om 6.00 uur werden de vuilcontainers geleegd en het huisje is naast een drukke weg, dus je hoort alle geluiden. Er was geen gewone tv, alleen netflix en andere streamingzenders waar we niet op konden. De borg heb ik 5 dagen na uitchecken nog steeds niet terug. Kortom een ramp, boek niet bij deze gasten.
