Hollywood Beach Hotel stat

Location and cleanliness. Staff was helpful even though the area was a little confusing with one way streets and different buildings.

Information about the fact there were different buildings you may be sent to rather than the one you signed up for would have been helpful. They only had bright overhead lights, no table lamps. Also no hot water, only lukewarm.

Horrible stay I’ve been a lot of traveled a lot. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

Dirty room Windows would not close Did not feel safe Desk not open in morning our keys did not work. The breakfast bar was not open. We had to pay for breakfast. We could not get in absolutely no hot water. In fact the handle would not even go towards the H they locked it so you could not get hot water floors, dirty cigarette burns on toilet seats and 300 some dollars a night. I want money back. I have the pictures.

You recommended a hotel, which is part of 24 hotels HBH and had nice pictures, but all of them are old and dirty and charge a lot of money. I chose that hotel due to your recommendation. I will not use booking.com ever again I want money back.

Close to the beach

We had to use our own hot spot, a lot of carbs for breakfast, when you have gluten issues not the best, I booked a room that was bigger but got smaller, office was supposed to open at 8:30 but never did until about 9 am. Be careful there is parking fees and parking is not the easiest to find at times. Locals can be loud.

Window units didn’t keep the room cool. The shower was dirty, no toilet paper, water was barely warm, you had to stand in line in a tiny lobby to check in… and then again to get your keys… and then again to check out while the staff argued with everyone and screamed at each other. Parking is terrible and expensive.

Never liked anything One of I have pictures. I had bedbugs or bugs in my room on my birthday. OK then they decided to wait till I came back because I didn’t park the car on their property so they decided to wait till I come back and tell the tow company they ruined my whole entire vacation. I am so upset. They acted like it was nothing. It was my birthday. They acted like nothing. They are the guy. The young black kid told me that that room has problems. Why would they stick me in a room with all problems Bugs in the room I have pictures. I’m going to send it to you. I am so upset with this company I’m trying to find the general manager to the fire all of them. They have no consideration for people. They’re running a dirty facility that all the people are mad and upset all the time they’re ignorant they have no class they don’t have no consideration for other people The manager is an idiot. He has no respect. He doesn’t try to fix anything. He doesn’t care he’s a fucking bum. That place is a piece of shit for letting them take my Rent-A-Car and ruin my whole vacation as Avis won’t rent me a car till they get that back so Mike vacation is ruined. I’m flying back to Boston so upset I could kill someone but I don’t wanna go to jail for the rest of my life

I hated the facility because they played games and had my car towed because they’re all in cahoots together because they don’t make enough money in there so they’re all the Miami tow truck guys are in there and they find out which Rent-A-Car Rent-A-Car so that way they can ruin someone that they ruined my whole vacation because I can’t run another car till they get that one back But here’s the thing about everything they’re saying that I’ve never parked the car there. All I did was put the car there for when I was taking a shower and they told me to leave because it all started when I found bugs all in the bed in my room on my birthday and I flipped out and then he didn’t wanna do anything for me? Didn’t wanna say nothing not even the ladies at the front desk none of them have any class they hate what they do. They’re in their 40s and 50s looking at like this is what I’m gonna be doing the rest of my life too bad for you.

The most serious matter was a domestic violence dispute above me and they were screaming and throwing things and slamming doors running downstairs and yelling in front of my door. terrifying. I almost called 911 but didn’t want to get shot and killed over this! so I called security and they asked them to keep it down. this went on from 3:00am until 5:30. I laid in my bed terrified. I called hotel security 5 times. Horrible. stay away!!!
