    The place itself isn't bad, and most of the staff really make an effort. However, the woman working at the front desk and the woman working at breakfast were consistently very surly and prone to shouting. What makes them so miserable that they feel compelled to yell at customers? Furthermore, the breakfast itself completely undermines the entire experience and reveals their true attitude toward their guests. Paying $*** a night only to end up eating unappetizing fried bread while standing out in the rain is a unique form of humiliation—one that you can only truly experience by staying at the Seagull.
