Okish with the fee that they charge !

Breakfast was ok, location was quite good,front office was a bit slow with lineups always..facilities was ok

Kitchen and fridge were non existant…and very poor internet service.

Long wait on check in but worthy for the location and amenities

Besides the inconvenience of the check in, the place was clean, comfortable, have heated pool and it is very well located!

The check in process is at the office in the corner and there was no instructions to where to go. I had to call to get the information. Also waited 40 minutes in a line to do my check in.

Mission impossible (far from resting, we were exhausted and had a bad night)

The attention at the front desk was very good

Disappointed, the room had a kitchen but there was nothing in it, nothing in the kitchen, there was no cutlery, no glasses, no pots, not even a plate, there was not even a disposable cup where you could drink water.Resting was almost impossible, we were surrounded by guests who stayed in the pool area and in the hallway in front of our door partying, talking loudly and listening to music at a loud volume until almost dawn. We went there to rest and we could barely sleep.

I did enjoy my time at The Blue Wave!

Fixed breakfast in my room every morning. Maintenance staff was very helpful and courteous to my needs that popped up. Very pleased with their service 😊

Decent, but pricey for the layout.

Breakfast was decent. 1/2 block from the beach. Pool on site.

Full kitchen with absolutely no pot, dishes even after I asked the front desk at check in about the kitchen. There was a roach though. Expensive to park. Not updated bathroom, a bit grungy. Not very clean. Did not like having to walk 2 blocks for breakfast. Great location.

The building needs to be closed

Beware of this so called" hotel" first of all when you see others write good reviews about this particular one, they are lying or it's a fake review , i reserved a king size and they gave us queen and on a different street than what we were told on the reservation and the front desk people are the scariest ,bad tempered people and let's not forget about the disgusting bathroom and shower and i have the pictures to prove it!

I do not feel like I should have to pay to stay there when I ended up leaving. I did not feel safe.

All they had for breakfast was bread and bananas. The rooms were disgusting. We got locked out of our room for over an hour and they had to take the entire lock off. We had to sit In Our room for 3 hours because all of our stuff was sitting in there. We watched drug deals happen and the whole place smelled like weed. There were people just smoking weed at the outside tables. Did not feel safe at all. Would never recommend. Ended up leaving and not spending the night. We drove around for over an hour and a half to end up paying for parking twice because they claim they have enough spots but they don’t. Then when u ask for parking money back they say all sales are final. I specifically asked if there would be enough parking and they said oh yes plenty of parking. That was far from the truth. The room was disgusting. My socks were black. This place was disgusting.

Clean the rooms. Paint the rooms. Better customer service. Waiting over 30 mins to check in and we checked in at 11 at night. They have like 10 hotels checking in at the same spot. Not a good idea.

the managers were really rude at this hole in a wall of a place. the property doesn’t look anything like the pictures. they charge a lot of fees such as $20 for parking. I checked in at 1am because all of the other hotels were booked for spring break. as soon as I turned on the lights after entering my room little roaches scattered a crossed the stove top. not to mention a roach crawled on my foot which was extremely disgusting and disturbing. I spent $300 for this room for one night for a room that wasn’t up to par. this property had roaches all over the place. the room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and I was told I had to go to another room which was roach infested as well because the property doesn’t allow refunds. I was really devastated because $300 went down the drain. you would think you could get your money back after a situation like this. I’m highly disappointed booking.com has a company representing them in this way.

Location Location-Location great place to stay if you want to be close to the ocean.

Boutique Hotel, 2 minute walk to Hollywood Beach, The pool was outside our door, The hotel although older is well maintained our room had a kitchen Great place to stay if your on a budget and want to be close to the water. Its may be no frills, however our room and our friends room spotless. We will book here again.

I would stay there again. It was obvious that they were working to improve conditions.

The location is perfect. The clean pool invited you in. The facilities may qualify as a 2Stars Hotel, but the staff (Front Desk, Cleaning, Maintenance) are a 5Stars all the way, no exceptions. They were the best part of our stay.

We expected complementary (free) parking, not the case here. Additionally, the furniture is outdated and some may need replacement due to use or abuse. Most of the cushions (cloth) of the pool area chairs were missing and the ones remaining were very dirty, I suspect the ones missing were dispose off for that reason.

Proximity to beach

Front desk was rude, room had no dresser, no closet, connected to laundry room & dryers would shake entire room and noise was extremly loud, door wouldn't lock, pool was closed and ended up not staying at the blue wave due to all mentioned issues and was moved to another of their hotels, wasn't provided any discount after waisting over an hour of my time to check in and playing musical rooms.. Ive stayed here plenty of times, but after this experience, my loyalty to this establishment has thus concluded!

Staff great, a bit over priced and in need of security

Staff was great and very helpful.

A little too expensive for what you get. Loud party one night, no security to be found. Thankfully they only stayed one night but there were 10-12 people in two rooms. Music blasting until 1am, people very loud and disrespectful. Funny thing is we saw security a couple nights later.

Very convenient to the beach, good staff, a staff member by the name of Taylor took me to the airport today, because my taxi was late. That was extremely helpful and kind.

Patrons loud at times, pool could use some plants, more cleaning need to be done around that area. The place needs exterior paint job.

Free Bike Rental but you have to give a 150$ deposit Store from the Hotel

All Windows are secured with screws and cant be opened. Long waiting time for check in. Dirty Overall. Just very Basic cleaning, like new Sheets and stuff, cleaning the toilet and thats it. Just See my Pictures For this price very Bad.
