Very bad experience. The room I had paid for was not available due to supposedly poor condition. My opinion is that when I arrived at 6 pm they had already rented it to the highest bidder, which shouldn't have been done when it says that the check-in time is after 4 pm. The other rooms they offered me were in worse condition, nothing to do with the quality and price. The only good thing is that they helped me and gave me my refund, but I don't see anything fair in renting something and trusting that you'll arrive and the establishment will meet your expectations. After having driven 2 hours with my family and having two small children, I had to return home because they sold me something they didn't have or that they simply sold to the highest bidder. I do not recommend this place at all. I was completely disappointed.

OK but could of had some hot meal .no hot food same stuff everyday. Cut back on eggs only served boiled eggs one time in my ten day stay..breakfast

There was free breakfast, and multiple pool options to use. Plus the room was able to accommodate 6 girls.

The WiFi and service wasn’t very good when inside the room.

DO NOT go off the pictures when you book!!! The rooms look nothing like them. We booked a room with a kitchen and when we got checked- no kitchen, no oven. I went to the front deck and she said that's not what I booked, I showed her my confirmation and she walked away for a while, came back and said they didn't have any rooms available that I would have to call back in the morning and speak with the manager and let them know the situation and they would get us the correct room. The pull-out sofa bed was a joke!!! it wasn't but 4 inches thick and hanging on only 3 springs. My kids slept horrible that night, but we had no choice. We bought $400 worth of groceries for our family of 6, we needed a different room. The manager was not friendly when I called the next morning, I had my boyfriend request to look at the room before we moved everything. Be aware there are over 20 buildings so you will have to walk everywhere, the pools are spread out, the office was a 3 block walk from our original room, etc. The air in our room did not work. We turned it down to 64 and it never went less than 71. There is NO gym onsite, even though all the pictures lead us to believe it did and there's nothing on the website that says its "under construction". The pools were a joke, very dirty. Our kids walked 2 blocks to the nearest pool and came back after 15 minutes and didn't get in the pool the rest of the time. The new room, with a kitchen, was 5 BLOCKS from where we were originally put. We had to pack up our family of 6 and all of our groceries and walk to our new room. THERE IS ONLY ONE CART FOR CARRYING LUGGAGE FOR 23 BUILDINGS!! Apparently, it was the end of the world when I requested a rolling cart to transport our family of 6, five blocks. The didn't give enough linens for the number of people in our room. We had to walk 3 blocks to the office, wait 15 minutes for them to call someone to bring a trash bag of linens. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!

Location was great for the beach and the boardwalk. Many restaurants to choose from if it's not raining, if it's a Sunday night however and it rains much of the boardwalk shuts down including the restaurants, but there is 1 or 2 open you just have to walk to find them. Boardwalk goes for 2.2 miles. You can also store your luggage at hotel until check in time.

On booking.com it says they have an airport shuttle they do not. It would be nice in the shower if there was some kind of shelve or one of those racks that hang over the shower head to put your shampoo/shower gel, razor etc. on. Breakfast is very continental, fruit, orange tang, cereal, bagels, and hard boil eggs. I don't know where people would sit if it was raining or how that works because the room you get breakfast in is very small and you eat in an open courtyard.

To begin the price was a great, the front desk Staff were very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. The room was very clean and breakfast was Fresh and delicious.

Location location location. It was the sole savior of the hotel.

The staff, while very friendly, enforce a ridiculous fee schedule where you are overcharged for EVERYTHING... Every last Nickel and dime will be used to nickle and dime you TO DEATH

False advertisement, and Booking is part of it. We paid for but did not have an oceanfront room because "they were booked." Customers in the lobby with the same issue. Seems to be the same thing over and over with this company and yet they continue to be allowed to do this to people.

I like the fact that I was close to a beach

The room could use an update. The walls were horrible. They could use a lot of repairing and paint not what I had expected from the pictures.

Location

It was horrible costumer service. It took 2 hours to check in. Everytime needed something the reception was packed with upset guests and staff just not capable to provide costumer service. The worse was that they took my luggage out of my room and they said did not have an idea of what happen to my luggage. I had to call the police and even then they said they did not had my luggage. But at the end they had my luggage on storage... this caused hours of anxiety for me as my documents were missed

Close the Beach. Driving distance to where we wanted to visit.

Parking was iffy.

They have a coffee machine but no coffee. The staff in the office very nice but they’re always busy on the phone and it takes for ever to get to them

how close it was to the beach and how welcoming the front desk was! Anyi was absolutely amazing and made check in and check out just a breeze!
