Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed being so close to the beach.

The breakfast choices were good. The location was excellent - one block from the beach. Parking area for cars at $18/day and it was worth it. On street metered parking is $4/hour.

At times, People staying at the motel would have gatherings/picnics in the courtyard and play their music too loud. Our only complaint.

The stovetop was disappointing, as only one burner worked properly and the others were wobbly and unstable. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, security repeatedly asked us to lower our music during the day, which felt unnecessary and disrupted our stay.

Room was adequate. I just wanted to be close to the beach. Continental breakfast was good. Kitchenette was completely empty but I was provided with an adequate kitchen kit once I requested it.

I'd like the location. The heated pool and the tiki huts

I didn't like that the office was off site. I didn't like that the bathroom window was not able to be locked. I did not like The front door didn't close completely letting out all the air conditioning. I didn't like the fact when I laid on the bed the bed was broken and had missing legs. I didn't like that the barbecue grills were not clean. and the rooms needed a little more updating ( kitchen cabinets, furniture etc )

The picture on the website were nicer than the actual property. This place has different properties and they list a particular address but when you get there it is not at all what you will get!

Lack of parking. The room was not well maintained. Water damage on the bedroom walls. Crack in the door, where you can see the lights from outside, inside the room when the lights were out

Ac did not work they had a temp window unit. Stove did not work. Kitchen had no utensils or cups/plates, Towels were oversized hand towels to dry body with. Floor was disgusting

photos on the website are fake, not alike to the reality. The property and rooms are not proper a family vacation. the front desk staff is rude and not helpful. they do not have empathy with their guests. they offer full kitchen but they forget about the kitchen utensils - they do not have anything, not a single glass, cutlery,plates, bowls,pan/pot, Nothing!!!! they say you can request them at the front desk but they do not have anything and the customer service the rudest thing in the world - zero customer service.

I messaged the hotel to tell them my flight was delayed, and they assured me that would be no problem, as I could check in up until 3am. When I arrived after midnight, I had to wait over an hour to be helped even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. I was told the room I booked was no longer available, but they could put us in a better room for the night, and we would have to come back in the morning and switch rooms, or keep the nicer room for $50. I was also told there was no parking pass available, and when we asked about spots we saw open on the street, we were told it was handicap parking (even though it was definitely NOT handicap parking). I went up to the room while my husband went to search for parking, and I found a parking pass in a little mailbox in the room, so we used that and parked in one of the street spots, without a problem. We decided to just keep the room for the additional $50 so the next day i called to tell them and I was told I had to come to the office…so I went back to the office to tell them, and first I was told we would need to pay an early check-in fee for that room, then I explained we were already there from the night before. I spoke to another staff person who said there was no way they could rent that room on a Saturday for that rate, and that I would have to pay an extra $80, so I spoke to his supervisor, and he told me the same thing. So I said what if I just cancel the reservation and we go somewhere else? And he said the reservation is non-refundable (which wasn’t true)…then he gave me the room for the additional $50 like I was originally told. The location is nice, and the room was fine, but we wasted hours dealing with the customer service. I would definitely not go back, or recommend this company.

Disappointing

That it was close the beach and had a grocery store.

I had to change room twice. It wasn't what I booked. No towels in the room. The towels had stains on them. No kitchen utensils. Wires coming out the walls. The walls need to be painted. The old paint is coming off. The tv is way to far from the bed. You have to stretch out your arm in air to change the screen/channel on TV or get out of the bed every time to change the screen/channel.

Overall I had a good time. Love this hotel.

The breakfast was good. I like that the stove and fridge in the room like a house makes it feel like home. The tv has the best wifi and it’s a flat screen. Alot of space inside the room.

The housekeeping had a small attitude. This hotel takes the deposit about small things. Long wait lines for check in.

Great location. Boardwalk and beach just steps away.

Parking charge ($18) not revealed until after booking. Lots of renovation going on. Room overall was nice but was a work in progress. Parking very tight.
