I would stay there again good value for your money

Close to the beach. Staff were great if I needed anything they always obliged free breakfast not a gourmet, but all anybody needed. Housekeeping staff were great.

A horrible experience and a waste of vacation!

Location near the boardwalk.

The so-called "hotel" is part of a collection of 3 such "hotels", that is old tiny houses converted into motels. Unit assigned was not the one reserved. It was horrible, minimalist, very sad and depressing within and outside the room. There were no kitchenette utensils (not even a glass) and no toiletries (just 2 tiny soap bars 1 in x 2 in x 1/4 in!!!). The internet worked only a fraction of the time. The price was outrageous (not worth even half of what was charged). They even charged an additional ~ $20.00/night for parking on the premises! Staff was disagreeable and unhelpful. All in all, a terrible experience. We wonder why booking.com would even offer such an accommodation.

I would not stay with these people, I feel scammed

Classic bait and switch. Booked stay at flamingo and ended up putting us somewhere else. Showed nice kitchen where we stayed was not nice, window locks broken, door seal was not sealed and light came through, bathroom paint was coming off of the walls and was disgusting for the price I paid. Not to mention there was a water main break on the block and our water smelled really bad since we were affected but we only found out through the city webpage, our hotel never told us we were under water boil advisory. Also main store has items that shouldn’t be sold individually and are purposely mispriced. Went to buy glasses for 15 and he upcharged us to 22 for no reason and could barely talk to him cause he was annoyed with us.

The bathroom was nasty and paint peeling off the walls and broken seal on door along with broke. Bathroom window locks. I don’t like how they pulled a bait and switch and got mad at me when I said I want the one I paid for and wouldn’t let me get my original and “convinced me” the other room is better.

Decent stay for the most part, but only because I had cleaning supplies…

I liked that the manager quickly resolved my concern for the room I was initially assigned. James made sure I was in the room I reserved, after being extremely disappointed with the one the rep at the desk gave me. The replacement room was spacious and more than what I’d expected.

I didn’t like that the room smelled of smoke upon entry. The headboard had something white, (that I don’t even wanna think about), smeared across it. The floor had not been mopped; There were bare foot prints on the floor. The kitchen counter had crumbs on it, the door was very dirty & needs a deep cleaning along with the walls. There was a random piece of white painted wood in the kitchen in the space of what I’m guessing would’ve been the dishwasher… pretty tacky! The washcloth that was in the bathroom for guest use had a yellow stain on it. There were also shelves missing and nails sticking out of the closet furniture. The tv was rigged up in the back, with wiring that caused it to not be rotational, defeating the purpose of having a living area because the picture would scramble if you it was moved. The blinds were none functional. I had to manually turn each one to open them. The curtains should be part of the laundry when servicing the rooms… I’ll leave it at that! Oh, and don’t miss the sign in the kitchen to request basic utensils, glasses, bowls, etc. if you need them, never mind the fact that the room came with a full kitchen… parking is a bit of a headache because the spaces are really tight and people are inconsiderate, so they park over the lines and restrict you from entering your vehicle or even parking by your room… Also, parking is $20 a day & mandatory, so be sure to plan for parking as well or you’ll be towed.

For the time l stayed l was overall okay with my visit. Nothing was great but l survived

I never had breakfast..the loacation was great everything was within walking distance..l ended up staying at the palm that had a larger rm w/ a couch. Thanks

I reported a broken window 1 hr after arriving. Someone came to check on it but nothing was communicated w/ me or no notes were added to my acct. Once of the female managers made me feel like no one was aware of the situation two days later and she questioned if l was telling the truth. That had sme worried my entire stay. NOT GOOD! I also had a toilet that didn't flush and needed repair but this was fixed asap.

I con artist and liars at this hotel you get there and you pay $20 for parking after they don't mention that on the website the staff is terrible she called me Mommy and then argued with me about the parking and told me that if I didn't like it I could go to the parking garage or the meter or go home basically she was rude and nasty breakfast you have to walk down the street for breakfast it's not even at the hotel my poor husband has cancer he can't walk down the freaking Street for breakfast when it says it's at the hotel. This was the worst day of my entire life this is a scammer con artist lying group of hotel chains it's one big hotel and they rent all these other little tiny apartment buildings and tell you all kinds of different stuff and lies and then when they get you in there she charges you extra and treats you like you just rolled off the boat. The area was sketchy the first person we encountered to ask directions was drunk the other two look like they stepped out of tattoo goth, magazine it was scary. People roaming around the apartment buildings and up and down the streets. The place was it needs to be updated the air conditioning was one you buy at Walmart the hotel is extremely humid I booked a room that had a garden view I got the view of the whole of the pool. I never did find the garden and the beach is behind you you can't even see it from the hotel. I had heard that Scotty would was sketchy people I know had lived there and moved away and it is in the rumors are true that their scammers and liars and obviously con artist. The young Brown lady at late night check-in was the rudest person I've ever encountered she needs to be fired she needs to learn some manners and call people yes sir and yes ma'am not MOMMEE, I DON'T APPRECIATE THE JENNIFER LOPEZ ACT AND FRANKLY IT'S UNPROFESSIONAL YOU DON'T GREET YOUR GUESTS WITH A SLANG WORD WHAT A PIECE OF TRASH.

Spacious suite perfect location!!!

All staff at reception was great! At all times of the day we made a mistake twice leaving our keys in the room and each person made me feel protected and helped up get back in the room. Great service!! Sheets smelled great!!

The bed in the room had wooden parts that were loose and that could be a hazard. if they fall on someone foot. Also, the floor was not well swept. Finally, the pots and pans should be in the room. Honestly mostly clean.

hot water tap on sink leaking when turned on at the supply valve on bathroom sink. it was turned off when we arrived so someone knows about it! could use a couple of chairs to sit in.
