Really unclean, had to ask the staff to unclog the drain in the shower as it was flooding and our feet were under a pool of water, when the unclogged there was a huge clump of someone else’s hair, the shower door also wasn’t clean and a lot of the place was dirty - the area was great to stay but that’s about it
