Location was perfect, close to Grassmarket, the Royal Mile, and a half block from a Sainsbury's grocery. Apartments were large and comfortable. Staff were super nice. Shower had decent water pressure. Beds and pillows were nice, and rooms were quiet. We would definitely stay here again. We were on the 5th (top) floor.
Not a criticism so much as I wish there were a few more kitchen items, eg a larger frying pan, a pizza cutter, scissors (one of our two apartments had them, not the other), and more mixing bowls or a casserole dish or two. It was not a problem at all though. The apartments were practically perfect, especially for our group of six (3 in each apartment).

It was in Edinburgh, had parking and two bathrooms. Comfortable lounge, the TV had YouTube and a fitted kitchen with ice in the freezer. Friendly and helpful staff.
Dirty carpets. Mould on the bathroom ceiling. The smell of the neighbours cooking. No views. It’s within walking distance of the major tourist sights but it’s not the greatest area.
