    The check in experience was good and restaurant was accommodating and onespa facility was good but the room was warm despite being set at 18 celsius! We visited in summer; had an uncomfortable sleep the first night then we called to ask for someone to come check the aircon and they said they will. We were on the tour for a whole day then came back late at night where the room was still warm, and never received an update or notes about it. We called a day before check out to reserve the cab the next morning, we checked out earlier than that and we were told it should be fine and to just wait. But the cab didn’t show up at the time we scheduled and only then was action taken from the hotel staff. It’s a good hotel but it’s not worth the price.

    We had an exceptional stay at the Sheraton Grand. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous, and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay and reflecting the hotel’s high standards. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. We also appreciated the elegant ambiance and the hotel’s convenient location, which made getting around Edinburgh effortless. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Sheraton Grand to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
