if you're looking for a hotel that's only for sleep and shower, then look no further. it's not as bad as what you think, it's small, the bathroom is even smaller (cubicle), but it's all functional. the wall not as thin as other 3 stars/ budget hotels (you might still hear if someone's coughing next door), but the bed's comfy, the shower has a good pressure although it took time to get you hot water, and they let you borrow the hairdryer for free. there's a free cold water dispenser by the reception too. it might not be suitable for those needed lift, stairs only!

The room is cramped but the view to the castle is indeed majestic. Comfort with strategic area. The man who welcome us was nice but I think when we about to check out the some India Bangladesh lady who was at the receptionist was kindly idk how to say it. When I took my luggage she was on the phone and to have me take it by myself with her hand gesture which again I think less appropriate, She really needs to learn how to serve well.

Stayed one night in a windowless room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillow was nonexistent. The bedding needs replacing it's old and worn. The duvet and pillows need replacing they are thin and worn out.
I expected a small room but it is too small for two people, you can't move. You can't dry yourself in the bathroom, it's too small. The shower soaks the entire bathroom.
There bag storage is loose so when you pull your bag out the lining comes out with it, it only fits one bag. There needs to be shelf on the wall against the bed for your phone to charge.
The emergency light eliminated the whole room at night. The walls are so thin you can actually hear everyone's conversations and the snoring. The rooms are so small people store their luggage in the hallways which is a fire hazard. It's very expensive for what you get, I paid *** for one night it's worth *** max.
