It was so beautiful. Our room was looking out to a cute little court yard. The room was romantically decorated. The bedding was very comfortable. Very convenient location, short walk to dean village. And restaurants and shops. 20 minutes walk to old town.

Centrally located, easy access by bus. Cosy place. Spectacular common room. Very
I was a little surprised to learn that the rooms are lower that ground floor. The common room is nice but it is common.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Owners May and David couldn’t have been nicer. The courtyard room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent location and we saw parts of Edinburgh we wouldn’t necessarily have seen if we had stayed in the old town or new town. Can’t wait to return.
