The authentic Spanish feel was lovely The residents lounge and bar was so handy Charlotte was lovely - there was some emergency work in one of the rooms needed which was quite noisy and she brought us up a bottle of delicious cava by way of an apology
Not the properties fault but taxis at the station didn’t know how to get to it

Central location in Cardiff (across the road from Westgate Street NCP) Comfortable, clean room Very good (continental) breakfast
Key operates 3 doors, door to street, internal to rooms and actual room key. Suspect it was newly ‘cut’ as it was difficult to operate 2 outer doors (slightly unnerving at 11pm!) - reported to staff Smaller points; no safe and illuminated mirror in bathroom wouldn’t work
