Came for the football at Cardiff City stadium, quick 10 min Uber ride away. Very hospitable staff and regulars in bar, amazing value for money. will definately return when back in the City, thank you!

Cannot fault it - I will use again.

Clean warm and comfortable room - very efficient communication and process. Cannot fault this place. The second time I have used it when attending an event in central Cardiff which is £10 taxi ride away. Will certainly use again.

On street parking in the neighbourhood can be a little chancy.

Quiet, clean, and comfy!

I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious our room was. I was expecting a cramped room with 3 double beds but the room was laid out nicely and we each had plenty of space. The beds were also super comfortable; we all slept like babies!

Very comfortable, clean & friendly hotel near Cardiff central

I had a twin double - 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The place was absolutely spotless. Clean, well lit, TV, free fast WiFi. The beds are so comfortable. I slept like a baby after having been to a metal gig at Cardiff Utilita Arena. So it was much needed and I woke up feeling well rested. Traffic outside and street noise was quiet considering it was a Saturday night. The staff were helpful and friendly with a warm welcome. I was confused about where to park when I arrived and one of the ladies working there came out and helped me to find a space, which brought my stress levels down as I was travelling solo and a bit anxious. There's a hair dryer if you need it, tea/coffee station (I didn't make use of it but I know many people would). Very happy with my stay and would definitely book again if I happen to be back in Cardiff again.

The ONLY 'grumbles' I have is my door code didn't work on arrival. A member of staff reset it for me and got it working. However, I didn't get back to the hotel until past midnight and again, my code wouldn't work, this time on the entrance door. I called the mobile number given to me for out of hours issues. Another member of staff, who sounded rather confused on the phone, eventually came down to let me in and reset the code again for me. I also could smell alcohol coming from him which made me a bit uncomfortable if you are on call for when guests need you and have been drinking (I don't drink so it wasn't me). So it may be worth noting/checking that codes are entered correctly/set up before guests arrive to avoid confusion. And perhaps not allowing staff to work if they have alcohol in their system. (If you were staying at a chain hotel for example, I very much doubt the staff on the night shift at the front desk would smell of alcohol so it's worth noting in terms of professionalism). I was worried I wasn't going to get a response and would have been stuck outside with none of my belongings had the phone not been answered the second time I called.

A comfortable stay

The cleaning staff were the only staff I came across, really lovely ladies The bed was very comfy, I did sleep well. There's a bar but I wasn't disturbed by it and they do breakfast for an extra £10 per person, I didn't need breakfast, so can't comment on it

No reception, no welcoming. It's all digital - wasn't expecting that. There was also a green light that stayed on constantly, that lit the room up which really spoilt it, but other than that it was a good find.

Excellent find

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Bed was comfy and the whole room was very clean. We were glad of the fan that was provided as it was very hot in the room but that was due to the lovely weather outside. Could connect Netflix and prime to the tv so we could watch whatever we liked.

No bedside tables or plug sockets at the side of the bed. Other than that we had no complaints at all.

Exactly what I needed.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. I didnt explore any more than my room so cannot comment on the bar area etc. The code for the outside door and room was a nice touch! Made coming and going really easy and hassle free. The room was warm, quiet, with a soft bed, lovely shower and everything i needed for a restful stay. Will definitely be using again.

The seagulls at 5 am. Nothing that can be done about that though.

Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable, the team were all welcoming and very helpful, in particular with the parking. Breakfast was delicious.

The only drawback not food in the evening, but if you want the staff to pop you ready cooked meal in the oven no problem, more than welcome to get a takeaway and use the breakfast room more than welcome, spy a big deal

The room was lovely and felt clean. It had everything you would need.

It was very impersonal and all felt very lazy. I was given a code in the morning to access the front door and room and that was it. No reception just a door . Parking was awful when we arrived and we had to find someone to ask if where we parked was ok,from there we were on our own. No one to greet us so we just left in the morning as no one asked us about breakfast.The walk into town is fine but coming back in the dark is intimidating.we were asked to leave the door ajar when we left but what if someone came in a stole items from the room after we left,do we get the bill??

Nice hotel for an overnight stay or weekend.

The location was close enough to town centre, the room was exceptionally clean and the facilities provided were of a high quality. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The attached bar downstairs had a friendly atmosphere.

Lovely stay!

Very comfortable and great value for money. I didn’t speak to the staff much as I was late arriving and early leaving but I was very pleased.

The ONLY feedback would be to provide a bin in the room. Very small and there was one in the bathroom so really not sure it counts.

Excellent value for money

The beds were super comfy, we had parking outside the door of the hotel. There was a TV although we didnt use it. Fresh towels on the bed and a lively unsuited. Kettle and coffee/milk in the room on a desk as well as free wifi. We felt safe as 2 girls walking from the hotel to the city centre and back late at night after a concert. A staff member greeted us and let us know how the locks etc worked. Amazing would highly recommend. Can't beat the price and quality of this place highly enough. Thanks.
