The location for the property was right on the bus route, which was nice.
The property did not seem very welcoming. When we arrived, we had trouble getting luggage through the front door because only one side of the door opened. You walked into a dark hallway until the sensor lights came on and there was no staff on hand during our stay to answer questions or help with anything. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. And at breakfast, the coffee and food service were all in one tiny little corner in the breakfast room so that only one person could get their breakfast at a time which was pretty inconvenient. Putting the coffee and the food on different sides of the room might help that layout work better. The heading of the email we received the day we were to check out was titled “you need to vacate your room by 10:30”, not thank you for staying with us.
