Absolutely amazing best night in a long long time

It was mine an my partners 1st ever time staying at a hotel after looking after are disabled son for 10 years an it was the best night sleep stay anyone could ask for food was amazing aswell

It was a lovely stay. Nice and quiet. Just what me and my husband needed a night away for his birthday. The view was lovely. It was close to where we needed it to be.

That we didnt check in till just before 4 because we was waiting for a message to say to collect the key. But when we turned up the staff where lovely and explained that the system was down.

Right by station and city centre. Very quiet and room had many extras like fridge,coffee machine,bath robes.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. We loved the location very close to Cardiff Central train station and easily walkable to Cardiff Castle.

One lift was out of order for our entire three day stay, leaving just one lift for this large hotel. As a result, lift was often very slow.

The location was great. A 2 minute walk into the city centre. It was great that they could accommodate 3 adults in a room.

No comfortable bar facilities and the limited space there was , was very busy with Christmas parties. No parking less than 7 minutes walk away, making it difficult to carry Christmas shopping to the car and we got soaked. Not enough staff to cope with the volume of people in reception and the restaurant. Those they had were friendly, helpful and working very hard.

Excellent location, the soundproofing of the windows was excellent.

Great Stay..

A great hotel in a central location. Minutes walk from the train station. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean tidy and with full sky TV! Come in handy for Sundays football ⚽️ Our trai wasn't till late in the afternoon so extended my check out time by a few hours with no problem.

Excellent location and when we arrived we found that we had been upgraded. Sound proofing was excellent didn’t hear anything outside even though we were by a main road and a train station

The staff were so helpful and pleasant and made our stay because of their customer service. Location was good, price good and room modern. Cleaning could have been better in rooms and toilet seat falling off, and no hand held shower only a fixed head. Beds small but comfortable. Not bad for price.

Excellent hotel in excellent location right in the heart of Cardiff centre - just perfect !

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Cardiff centre - few minutes walk away from the train centre. I had booked an executive suite which was on 10th floor and the room was spacious with everything needed for a stay from robes to a stocked complimentary mini bar - welcome chocolates a drinks voucher - coffee machine and biscuits! The bed was one of the comforting she slept in and had a great nights sleep as I was so high up it was super quiet! All the staf were so lovely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you which was a welcome change ! Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there in the future.
